Trip.Com booking was denied by the hotel desk and management after payment with trip.com. Forcefully I have to pay again with this hotel directly to have a stay since it was midnight I can’t go nowhere. It was a miserable time with this hotel and I can’t call trip.com customer service also. It was a fake number given for India contact center. So, guys don’t book with trip.com in your life time. I am prepared to go law suit with trip.com asking the compensation of INR 2,00,000 Lakhs for the 2 rooms booked.

The rooms were spacious n clean n worth the money..we booked 5 rooms n all was of same good quality..the staff was so cordial and they treated us well.. Though we made some last minute changes as to our booking they handled it fairly without adding anything extra to our bills. The polite behaviour of the front office deserve a special mention...

Amazing Superb....The komala Front Office team was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They ensured a smooth check-in and were always available to assist with any queries or requests throughout my stay. The hotel itself had a nice ambiance and provided a comfortable environment, thank u for all the staff ....

Room and it's service is excellent. The staff behave very patiently exp and as we were new to place so they guided us properly. The food is also very delicious. The complementary breakfast they provide is just so good.. Thank you for the wonderful experience we had.
