My experience was below average door locks are not work properly in ground floor too much noise was coming

It was a good stay this time. Ac good, room and bathroom condition good. Reception staff is very rude. Rest helpers around hotel are good

Location address given was slightly wrong. Room was not ready to occupy, even we arrived property after 1 hour. Customer dealing was very poor. Even though room having amenities, cleaning was very poor. Blanket and sheets was having previous food wastes. No drinking water was given. Room rent was very high for this poor service.

Property location philomena church very near also view in hotel nice. Staffs are cooperative eight beds family room we booked 2 beds not ready we are reached after request based immediately their done no extra charges asked asp-er online agreed payment only staffs are friendly suburban bus stand also railway station around 4km
