Although pure booked for 23rd august, we landed on 24th aug 24 due to delay in flight, we had to wait for hours to get room allotment.

Room & location was good. Foos is average but very expensive. No specific amenities. The people at reception were rude. Allotted rooms that were already occupied. Rooms were not available on time.

Initially, i had opted for breakfast and lunch/dinner. But i didn't take any of those and still paid for it. There should be an option to get a refund if we didn't have those services

The hotel was wonderful the food was great. The location and the amenities were excellent at the hotel. The staff can be little better and should be more professional. Rest all was good.

our stay was very pleasant..the buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent 👌..i had ordered a chocolate cake fir my dad's birthday from the hotel..and it was too good..the pool and gardenia area is nice time spent place..would love to visit again.

We were expecting a more delicious breakfast. Variety was there but it was not that tasty and cold pancakes were served. The rooms were clean. Service was fast it's only about the food rest everything was okay. I'm done thanks

good stay and near by railway station loved the breakfast of restaurant 😋 hotel is near by ksrtc hunsur road
