1. It took almost 30 minutes to check in after reaching the Hotel.
2. Lot of customers were fighting with them at the reception for poor services and it was not an encouraging conversation.
3. Hotel was over crowded and it had impact on their quality of service.
4. Difficulty in reaching service staff to set right the WiFi.
5. It took almost 30 minutes for them to come to room and charge TV channels that too whatever we demanded them to recharge (only unwanted free channels were aired).
6. They did not keep toiletries in the wash room (Bucket, Mug, Soap, Tooth Paste, mini towels… etc). On demand they provided one soap and one towel for the couple besides a bucket and mug.
7. overall experience was poor and I will never book in that hotel again.
