"The hotel staff were very helpful and made my stay very pleasant. However, there were a few areas for improvement in the facilities, such as the lack of a hairdryer (or perhaps they just couldn't find it?) and the difficulty in getting hot water, requiring maintenance staff to adjust it. That said, overall, I felt it was acceptable for the price, and the location is great, being within walking distance of Mysore Palace."
