had the most unpleasant experience at this hotel. I am going to provide a detailed description of my experience here. I checked in with my family. checkin process was smooth. we reached our roomand settled in, rooms are a bit smaller (but that's ok in this budget). I wanted to check out the attached balcony but the door was stuck. then I checked the bathroom that had a sliding door. to my surprise, that was also stuck. I had to call reception to send someone to open the door. they sent some Carpenter to fix it. now I was able to open the door but again with a lot of force. the washroom was all wet because the basin and health faucet were leaking. as I started to settle down in the room, I noticed mosquitoes there. I called the reception again for which they sent a mosquito repellent machine (good knight). then I noticed some insects on the walls (refer to the pics) later I could see 5 of them. not sure how many were actually there! since we were the only guests staying in the hotel, they suggested that we'll not put a buffet but prepare limited food only for us. we were ok with that. they mentioned the breakfast timing were from 8.30-10am. we reached their restaurant around 9 in the morning. they arranged a table for us. the manager there was a little annoyed because he had prepared the food for us around 8 itself and we came around 9. we sat on our table and noted some ants in the bowl in which they had kept jam. when i showed it to the manager, he took the bowl inside, simply removed the visible ant and brought it back. I assumed it to be a fresh one, applied some for my son a piece of bread. to my horror, there were still dead ants in the jam. when I again showed it to the manager, his response was, sir its fruit pieces. when I asked him to look carefully, he took the bowl back and never brought it back. then I looked at the butter bowl that was kept. It wasn't butter, it was margarine. again when I checked with the manager, he got irritated and said, its butter only. then they brought the rest of the food. after all this, to my surprise, the food tasted good. I took a plate and picked up the cutlery. they were sticky, there was thick layer of dirt on those. I showed it to the manager and again with irritation he said, these are clean sir, we clean them with hot water and vinegar. these are marks because the cutlery are old. then I took a tissue paper and wiped it clean. the tissue paper became black after cleaning. then I requested him to get some milk and cornflakes for my kid. he insisted on putting milk sugar and flakes all in the bowl inside the kitchen and then bring it to the table. when I told him that I dont like it that way, his response was, this is the way we serve, it's cost effective for me. when I insisted on bringing it separately. he brought them separately, but the flakes weren't crunchy and fresh out of the packet. it seemed they were kept open. we had to leave it there. all in all, this is a cheap place with no hygiene.

Varsha Enclave- Trinity House

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Location is calm residential area. Nice. With your own vehicle location would be fine. Coming to room, bit disappointed as we thought it's a studio apartment in real sense. However it's just a room with attached bathroom and in the name of kitchenette, an oven, induction cooker and few utensils. No sink, nothing to wash utensils etc. No dining space or table. Note this cannot be categorised as studio apartment, it's fooling us. Other average items were dirty carpets, no proper tv channels, old towels. They didn't clean the room, neither did the bed, nor refilled items like water, tea/coffee sachets etc. even we stayed for 2 nights and was expecting cleaned room every day. How can it be service apartment? Other irritating factor is every sound from outside coming in, so would be from inside out. They seems overly concerned on light usage. Security came and told that we forgot to switch off bathroom light in the night it seems.  Not recognising the factors like we didn't use AC at all in the night and out of 24hrs mostly will be out. That's the service mentally for you that for such small thing they complaint to the guest. WiFi strength is extremely poor. My advice, don't go thinking it's any apartment, if you fine with a room in a calm area away from City hussel, then for a night it's fine. Hi
