A new hotel, not far from Nadi Airport. The service is very warm. There are lights, welcome drums, and necklaces for delivery. The overall service awareness is very good, especially the restaurant is very good. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the swimming pool is also great. Very good and worth it! recommend!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in a five-star hotel in the world. First of all, the hotel is still under construction, and the balcony of the room assigned on the day of check-in faces a messy construction site. No tourist coming for vacation will be willing to stay in such a room. Secondly, the front desk service was very perfunctory and slow. When we asked to change rooms that day, we were told that there were no rooms. They promised that they would arrange other pool rooms for us the next day, but when we returned to the hotel the next night, the front desk said they had no idea. Qing made us wait for 20 minutes and then the front desk manager called us. At first, he still said there was no room. After 10 minutes of negotiation, he reluctantly changed to a room facing the swimming pool, and his attitude was very average. Thirdly, the hotel breakfast is not good. It is basically the same every day and the variety is not rich. The taste is average. Finally, the hotel's swimming pool is good, but the beach is not at all good, and a small part of the beach is only black mud. I will not choose this hotel again next time. The hotel is great and close to the airport. Hotels in Fiji are like heaven inside and hell outside the hotel. I was ripped off by illegal taxis. I will not go to this place again.

能不訂就別訂他家，在裝修，第一天廢棄大樓景觀，第二天換了個房間直接入住工地，下面有圖。一天3k天天工地監工。然後海水是黑的，本地人説這片海叫malolo意思是black water。

The resort will be quite amazing once completed. The pool area is lovely (not sure there will be enough pool lounges when at capacity. When we stayed was still under construction, thus a discounted price. It is also right next to the airport runway. The glass doors of the room must be double glazed as the noise was minimal. The restaurant offerings were a little limited though we were happy with our chosen dishes. The food and drink was expensive we thought. The area around the resort does not offer too much so you will need to get out for day trips to other locations for any reef snorkeling etc. This was also quote expensive. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pillows were gigantic and very uncomfortable for sleeping a request for an alternate option was not answered. The bed had valleys on each side from I guess years of previous use, also very uncomfortable. A request for a pull out bed as an alternative was not well received and would have come at an additional cost. I ended up using the foam mattress of the pool lounger which whilst extremely firm was a better option. Whilst we did enjoy our stay I would not return to this resort for a future visit.

Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort and Spa is an absolutely beautiful establishment. My spa treatment was absolutely devine, thanks to Shale and the team who looked after me from start to finish, top to toe! Was the perfect way to unwind after an intense day at work. Followed up with a cocktail at the bar talking to the friendly bar staff while watching rugby (go the Chiefs!), and enjoying the entertainment and local fire dancers. Highly recommend! Vinaka, ngā Mihi Nui.

Beautiful Hotel. We spent 5 days here- family of 8. Gorgeous pool stretching all the way to the Ocean. Staff were lovely Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. Rooms were lovely, no bad room locations. Most over look the pool Activity staff kept us entertained. Acknowledged our little grandchildren every time they walked past. Still to open a few areas.

We stayed here using Rewards points and we were so happy with the accommodations. Our oceanview, poolside room was beautiful. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was delicious with so many choices. This is a great base for seeing the other islands on day tours. Tour buses pick you up at hotel. Very convenient.

Best holiday and hotel stay. The staff made our holiday!!!! I surprised my partner with a 7 night stay at the crown plaza for his birthday and it exceeded our expectations. The staff treated us like royalty, they can’t do enough for you. They go above and beyond and treat you like family. Loved every minute of it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Savenaca M, Louisa, Joji, Temo, Asinate and Sam! and all the team. We have made memories that will last a life time. Your attention to detail is just remarkable. You make the guests feel so special and are always happy.. you guys deserve a massive pay rise! loved the aqua aerobics, live music and the evening buffet!!! My partner raved about that so much. Thank you so much for your beautiful hospitality from Sammy and Italo. See you all again soon :)

We went for our first family holiday, the rooms were clean, beds super comfortable, and facilities were great, even though in a temporary location due to still building sections of the resort. We loved the pool, the water aerobics every morning, the kids club activities, and the restaurant always had a huge range of food for breakfast and dinners. We had lunch by the pool most days, and the staff always made sure we were well looked after. Temo ‘T’, made sure we were well looked after in the Harvest restaurant, even settling our 9 month old while we ate dinner! Sia also in the Harvest restaurant made us feel so welcome each day, making sure we were comfortable and fed. Sam made sure we were well looked after by the pool all day, and at the swim up bar, he was very caring and helpful. Litia and Sereima from kids club, loved on our baby, making her smile, waving every time they went past, and helping us feed the fish. They were lots of fun and so kind! All the staff were amazing, really made our trip memorable. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

Was very disappointed with this booking as we booked an ocean view suite and payed 700$ cdn a night to only see and hear construction. Only 1 restaurant was open. I will admin the restaurant was beautiful and food was amazing. Lobby was absolutely gorgeous. It is very close to the airport so be aware of planes taking off and landing. Staff was very friendly. Once construction completed I’m sure it will be an amazing resort for a vacation.

This place is ok, nothing amazing, I was disappointed at checkin given my IHG Platinum Elite status that I didn’t get an upgrade, they said nothing available even though the resort was extremely quiet which I was surprised about. The room was ok, again nothing great, just a standard hotel room, the ‘fully stocked minibar’ that was promised was empty, which meant a quick trip to the store up the road. Pool is lovely and pool bar is nice, the work that is going on though is distracting and doesn’t exactly give a nice relaxing atmosphere but I knew this before I came here so that’s fine. I think this place will be better when it’s finished, I hope they have activities and it’s got great potential, maybe not at the moment, the rooms however are very standard and if you’re paying upwards of 700-800 FJD for them, I’m not sure it’s worth it, Denarau would be a better option. There is no bus to Denarau either so it’s a 70 return cab ride. In summary it’s ok, staff are amazing as they generally are in Fiji, if the area gets developed it could be great, as it is there’s not much around here.
