Hotel buono, personale cordiale, posizionato in un crocevia abbastanza centrale, ma rumoroso, non perfettamente insonorizzato, colazione standard con un piccolo appunto: non è ammissibile doversi preparare la tavola da soli in un hotel che si definisce 4 stelle

Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Price I booked a 21 m² room, paying €170 per night, but upon arrival, I found myself in a room that was no more than 14 m² (see photos). The room had a double bed with only one nightstand, awkwardly placed due to a structural column that prevented the addition of a second one. There was no armchair or extra space, contrary to what was shown in the booking photos. The bathroom was equipped with a shower for disabled guests, but it was unusable: after just a few minutes, the entire bathroom flooded (see photos), making the floor slippery and the bathroom unsafe to use Fortunately, we were able to change our plans and avoid spending a second night there. Despite the numerous issues, my request for a discount was denied. In conclusion, a thoroughly negative experience. I cannot understand how this establishment is rated as a 4-star hotel.

Our room very poor (small, no nightstand, light switch on the wrong side of the bathroom door, loud refrigerator, bathroom floor flooded when showering, balcony was so small that you could not move ...) and expensive. Room was newly renovated

Loves the location of this hotel. Is at the town area walking distance to the fort and beach. Hotel room is clean and breakfast place has the most beautiful view with very wide spread of varieties .not forgetting the bathroom shower is vey relaxing . Highly recommended .

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο του Ναυπλίου. Τρομερό design χώρου, αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι και επιπλα Coco-mat, αξέχαστο πρωινό στο roof του ξενοδοχείου, όπου έχει θεα το Παλαμήδι, όλη την πόλη του Ναυπλίου και το λιμάνι! Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Πραγματικοί επαγγελματιες στον χώρο τους. Από τα ελάχιστα ξενοδοχεία που έχω επισκεφτεί και πληρούν κατά πολύ τις προδιαγραφές. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ για φαγητό και κοκτέιλ στο roof. Οι τιμές πολύ προσιτές. Μπράβο σε όλους όσους συντελούν την ομάδα και συγχαρητήρια στη διαχείριση, με βοήθησαν και με εξυπηρέτησαν σε ότι κι αν ζήτησα.

Όλα εξαιρετικά! Τα δωμάτια, οι παροχές, η εξηπηρέτηση, το πρωινό, η τοποθεσία! Ανακαινισμένα, ευρύχωρα, καλόγουστα δωμάτια. Το πρωινό προσφέρεται στον 4ο όροφο με θέα το κάστρο. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση στην υποδοχή! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, ολοκαίνουργιο και πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο. Μεγάλη εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένεια από το προσωπικό. Αν και το δωμάτιο μου ήταν μικρό γιατί ήταν δωμάτιο ΑΜΕΑ, είχε όλες τις ευκολίες του. Άνετο κρεβάτι με ωραία μαξιλάρια. Το πρωινό στην ταράτσα ήταν απίθανο. Καταπληκτική θέα, ακολουθούσαν όλα τα μέτρα για τον covid. Το πρωινό πλούσιο με πολλές γλυκές και αλμυρές επιλογές. Θα ξαναπάω και θα το συστήνω.

Prima hotel, schone ruime frisse kamers. Ontbijt is o.k., wel op een schitterende lokatie boven op het hotel...wel vroeg ontbijten, anders is het te heet. Het restaurant op dezelfde lokatie is minder. Het is er tot laat 's avonds erg warm/heet. Wijn wordt bewaard in de zon en kokend geserveerd. Het eten is matig tot slecht...er zijn een aantal zeer goede restaurants in Nafplion. Niet te duur met top kwaliteit!

Φοβερό ξενοδοχείο, στον 4ο όροφο υπάρχει roof garden με θεα όλη την πόλη του Ναυπλίου και το Παλαμήδι. Αν πας το απόγευμα γύρω στις 20:00-20.30 βλέπεις όλο το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Όταν πέφτει η νύχτα φωτίζεται όλο το Παλαμήδι μπροστά σου. Απίστευτη θεα και το σέρβις εξαιρετικό.
