I hope the hotel can cancel the eco mode for the air conditioner as it actually affects my sleep. But overall the cleanliness and service is good, thanks!

Everything is perfect, location, staff, amendities. Except the bathroom is too small, too little space for put any stuff.

Great hotel - centrally located across from Nagano station. Clean and modern. Rooms are small but functional. Staff was warm and helpful, with good English.

It was right in front of the station so location wise is perfect! The room is clean and not too small for two people with two suitcases.

Nice hotel very close to Nagoya Railway Station. Rooms are small but functional. Staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is excellent.

No Wi-Fi signal Small room The room I was given faces the air conditioner Also 😵💫 4/20 is the night before the Nagano Marathon The hotel price is really high I probably won't consider Tokyu anymore
