Nagarkot Hotels with Gym

I think it was an alright stay overall. the rooms were quite nice. just know there are no elevators. but I think the 6th floor (terrace) is the highest (and the ground-ish floor is a level 3). Breakfast buffet was good too, service was nice. The view of the sunrise and sunset can be abit obscured by clouds at time but still a nice view in its own right.. overall quite satisfied :)

Except for the small room and the old room, everything else is pretty good. I really don't know how the hotels in Nepal rated the stars. The 4 stars in the room are really not as good as the 3 stars. The waiter is very friendly, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Due to the weather, I didn’t see the Himalayas. They even sent a photo. Room 101 is located at the highest position and has the best view

Just on the mountain, you can see the whole mountain view with your own observation deck. The room is quite large, there is a separate bathroom, and there is a bathtub. This is the most luxurious inn in the mountains of Nepal. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures... The most pleasant surprise is that I met the little brother of Kailong here. The one in black clothes), because when I was looking for an inn on the Internet, there was a coffee lodge ranked first. Customer service was satisfactory but rooms were not clean. Had a strange smell. Bed sheet and blankets were smelly too. I recommend you to please change bed sheets and blanket sheet after each use and keep a room freshener spray inside. Morning view from the hotel was absolutely amazing.

It’s pretty basic but that’s reflected in the price, the staff are great and it’s a beautiful location. Rooms were clean but not heated but we were warm enough with the duvets and the bar and restaurant is good. The courtyard offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains and forest. The only negative was that the shower was poor with terrible water pressure – but then it is up a mountain so couldn’t really complain. Despite that, I’d be more than happy to stay here again. There’s not a huge amount to do in Nargakot apart from admire the views and go for walks. With a young family, trekking wasn’t an option, but we did do the nature trail which was relatively easy going and took about an hour and a half (with a stop off for a beer and a Coke). Trail starts at the bottom of the hill, just before the school. When you get to the road at the end of the forest section, turn right and it will bring you back to the hotel.

The host Mohan was friendly and helpful. The room and shared bathroom were clean. This hotel is halfway to the attractions, which are far from other hotels; you can walk to the city from the hotel. It's quiet and quiet, and ideal if you've just experienced the noise of Kathmandu. Mohan also offers massages to relax. Remarks: Please take off the noisy bells and keep warm with warm sheets. Mohan also arranged a guide to take us on a 3-day hiking tour and saw the Big Buddha. The lama guide was very good.
