We visited the hotel as part of our tour with ECO-Holidays Nepal. Location: The hotel is located at a lofty height, which made it the highest point of our Nepal trip. Our room attendant required us to climb four flights of stairs, which might be a challenge for some guests. We were unable to enjoy the view because it was quite hazy. Rooms: The rooms had some defects, such as loose furniture and doors that did not close properly. Everything seemed a bit warped, possibly as a result of the earthquake, as I have read in other reviews. The water in the shower was unfortunately cold, and it was difficult to keep the bathroom dry as the entire bathroom was flooded when we showered. Service: The staff were friendly and deserve recognition for their help in transporting our suitcases to the fourth floor. Dining: The food was OK, but the dishes were served late.
