I booked a 2 room combo one room had a balcony and i am satisfied with the stay. The other room had an issue with flush, but that was fixed by the management immediately

1) no restaurant in hotel 2) have to walk through for vehicles 3) no room service people available until 10 am 4) main doors were not closing properly 5) television service was not available.

The room i got ( room 208) was very poor. There was no fan and the mirror in the room was damaged. There was a damaged hinge on the wardrobe door, my arm got a cut from that hinge. And also the toilet seat won’t stay up, it will fall down if we try to keep it up.
