Nagoya Hotels with Pools

Stayed 2 nights at the one @komplek baloi. Good location, near 2 shopping mall (BCS mall and Grand Batam mall). Outside the hotel there are many eateries, some are outdoor tents and there's also outdoor food court. Massage places are many around this hotel also. Convenience store also available across the street. The hotel is quite new, but the bedsheet a bit yellowish and saw stain at the corner. When i requested to change the bedsheet next day (by putting the card), they didn't do it because saw the same stain at the same spot. Came 2pm for check-in but the room still not ready yet, so waited at the lobby. There were no hand towel provided, called the housekeeping and they only gave face towel. Breakfast spread quite good, but taste average. They allowed for late checkout at 1pm.

I like the location of the BCC hotel very much. It is really convenient for me to go to A2 food court to eat and walk to two large shopping plazas and small shops. It is just a few steps away. In addition, I have a rich breakfast for four days. I have to surprise breakfast every day. Good to eat if you are not very demanding, other than that the swimming pool here is very large and clean because there are not many people swimming. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems to be not trained, just clean 🧹 If you love cleanliness, it may not be suitable for you. If you choose this hotel, remember to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and hot water bottles, because although these things are in the hotel, they will make people shake their heads. In general, although it is cheap, I am a clean person. I will not stay in this hotel again next time. Very efficient Check-in and Check-out as the items inside the fridge are complimentary. The staff at the Oriental resto for b'fast and the x'mas dinner were pretty attentive and we also had a pleasant experience with their security and hk staff. Grab can drop-off at the lobby but you have to 'grab' one from outside the main road at the vehicle exit point of the hotel driveway. B'fast items, although in variety are not of quality standards as compared to hotels in Thailand, which is inclusive in the room pricing. Same for their X'mas Dinner! Good location, and to Grand Batam Mall is only about S$2.50 where you can cross the road to A2 foodcourt and BCS mall. Taxi from Batam Center to hotel is standard at 70K IDR if you don't want to lug your bags to the roundabout outside which is a distance away. Overall, a pleasant stay!

I have booked this brand new hotel for my family outing for thr weekend. The location is just a minute from the best mall in Batam. The hotel is a 5 stars property with modern and stylish furniture and decoration. You feel so cosy and comfy exactly like home . The general manager has welcomed us in the lobby of the hotel and has escorted us to the room. The welcome drink is amazing. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, cozy and have great views over the batam city . Do not miss the sunset while you swim at the amazing pool. We have tried the BBQ on Saturday night. A great variety of yummy food. Breakfast is not to be missed , the variety and quality of food is of high standards. The staff is super friendly and always greet us with our name. Definitely we will be back and recommend it to our friends. Keep up the good job . It’s something else that you cannot find on the island of Batam as the property reflects international standards of service and also the quality of the product.

The hotel is nice but I request 1 double bed but they give combination of 2 twin bed & the Wi-Fi is very slow. The toilet very small & have flot water. Just complain to the hotel but no action & no response from them

I attend a training session held in Biz Hotel from 22-27 February 2021. This was my first time in this hotel. I stayed from 24-27/Feb (4D 3N) in Room 708, superior room with twin single bed for 2 pax. First impression was good, clean, continously maintained. All furnitures, bed, curtain were clean. There is saving box (which not working) but it does not matter. I can see straight to Four Season Hotel, Jodoh. I observed this hotel using famous name for the functions room... unique ! We had breakfast on the 11th floor, which is very good place especially at night where we can enjoy perfect view of Nagoya-Jodoh area. Foods served simple, but tasty (Coffee, tea, eggs, and toast etc) This is the strong point. The hotel located just in front of Nagoya Food court, and it's another strong point. During the pandemi, I am sure the hotel also suffering with room occupation issue, but i notice all the staff are kind, polite, and friendly... The receptionist (cute, average height female with glasses), and On Job Training high school student, Maria (from Flores) at 11th floor were also communicative and nice. Continue your overall good working...!

Nice gym on top level. big bed and spacious room. Opposite hotel there is indomart but need to cross a busy road. Beside the hotel there is a mini indomart which does not require to cross the main road. Breast spread consider big compare to other batam 4 star hotel.
