We booked two single rooms, and the hotel arranged two connecting doors for us, which was convenient for communication. The Japanese uncle and the boy at the front desk provided good service. We arrived late, and one of the wheels of our suitcase was knocked off by the airport, so we forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room. The room was OK for one person, and the bed was quite big. It was relatively small for China, but OK for Japan, and my 28-inch suitcase could be spread out in the aisle. Luggage can be stored for free, coffee and tea are provided free of charge, and breakfast is 700 yen extra, but we didn't eat it because we were in a hurry the next day.

The location is great. Everything is nearby. A shopping haven and close to the bus terminal located at Oasis 21. Without luggage, it is a nice 5 to 10 minutes walk. We were recommended to a French Bakery (Kaneda), nearby for breakfast. It is the best croissant that we have tasted. On the flipside, ithe toilet and shower space was a bit too tight. Would be great if they are separated as experienced in a hotel in Kyoto. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this hotel.

The room is clean and comfort. The bathroom is bigger than others hotel. Location of hotel is near the JR train station and subway but it might take times to get to Meitetsu line which is the line you use for access to airport. There are many restaurants nearby and many of them are open late. You can find food even if you came back to hotel late at night. Staffs are very nice and helpful. There’s a Lady’s Lounge on ladies floor which you can have free coffee and tea.

I chose the hotel based on these three factors: location, public bath, and cleanliness. First of all, the location is really great! There are many famous restaurants right in front of the hotel, such as Hitsumabushi Hanaoka, Tebasuki Mutsumi, Ichiran, Yabaton, and Komeda Coffee, within 2 minutes, so you can wait in line and rest in your room before leaving. It's a 10-minute walk to Don Quijote, 5 minutes to Mitsukoshi Department Store or a shopping mall, and you can shop for luxury brands, and Uniqlo and GU are also 5 minutes away, so it was great for shopping. The public bath doesn't have an open-air bath, but there's only 1 large hot bath, 1 small cold bath, and 1 sauna, and there are 6 shower rooms? It's small, but it's not too crowded. However, as other reviews say, the water doesn't drain well, so if you time it wrong, the floor gets wet... That was the only downside. I stayed here for 1 night, checked out, and stayed in another city for 2 nights, and then stayed here again, and they kept my luggage during that time, so it was convenient for my trip. I think I will visit again next time I come to Nagoya.
