FFAN_CI really like TIAD's decor, which is why I chose it over a very well-located Marriott. It's right above a subway exit. To get to Nagoya JR Station, you need to transfer twice, so a taxi is more convenient, costing between 1900-2200 JPY. The hotel's amenities are outstanding, including a Bioprogramming hairdryer (though only 4D). They provide London EH toiletries, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. There's even underfloor heating in front of the sink. Overall, the experience was great, but the turndown service could be a bit more attentive.

CCunchangLocated right above Nagoya Station, this hotel has been around for over 10 years, but its facilities are so well-maintained, it still feels brand new. The best part is the incredible convenience for getting around; you can hop on the subway, JR, or Shinkansen directly, saving a lot on taxi fares. The famous Takashimaya department store is also in the same building, spanning floors 1 to 11, with floors 12 and 13 dedicated to dining, offering a wide array of Nagoya's culinary delights.

GGuest UserAlthough this is an old hotel but I would say it is much better than many new 4 star hotel in term of room amenities and cleanliness. Especially the free drinking lounge at the firth floor which is huge, quiet and clean.
Furthermore there is direct limousine bus to this hotel from Nagoya International Airport.
Location wise it's just 400m from Fushimi station and this make it easy to travel to most of the tourist attractions.
The only downside is the room we booked is a bit too small for 3 adults with 2 medium luggage.
I will highly recommended this hotel for those who plan to visit Nagoya!

ままきまき2323It's a given that a newly built luxury hotel would be perfect, but... I never imagined it would be this far from the station (^_^;) I guess they only anticipate guests arriving by car ^^; Since it's unlikely those luxury cars are self-driven, I wonder if they've also made arrangements for the drivers to stay? Anyway, everything else is absolutely perfect.

KKcy6666Excellent service, they handled our luggage very well. The room was also very comfortable. I especially loved their breakfast, which had a great variety. The location is perfect for exploring on foot right downstairs, and it's close to a famous unagi restaurant. I'd definitely come back here.

MMryxOn our trip from Kyoto Uji to Nagoya and then Takayama, we chose this Courtyard by Marriott hotel. It truly lives up to a five-star standard, with a fantastic overall ambiance. Both the lobby and restaurant are very spacious, and the rooms are a good size too. It's conveniently located just one subway stop from Nagoya Station. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserExcellent value for over 1600. The front desk staff spoke good English and gave us a room with a view facing Legoland. The hotel facilities are very kid-friendly, and the restaurant serves food that children love. Don't forget to open the safe in your room – it comes with a bag of LEGO toys! For dining, I recommend the street behind the hotel, Maker's Pier, which offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a children's pool where kids can play and even build their own life raft. Be sure to book in advance; reservations for the afternoon or evening slots open at 12 PM, and each session is 30 minutes long. There's also a small children's playground next to the restaurant.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are tons of great places to eat near the hotel. The room itself is very spacious, and the view is absolutely beautiful.

GGuest UserRoom is pretty standard, and I like the facilities on the first floor like drink vending machine and microwave oven. The onsen is a huge plus and comes with refa hair dryer. However I find the location slightly far (by my standards), about 10-15mins walk away from train/bus station.

EElaine Chu Ji YingI had a fantastic stay at ibis Styles Nagoya! The first thing that hits us is the cool, industrial market-themed design. It’s very photogenic and a nice break from standard business hotels. The location is perfect; it’s an easy 8–10 minute walk from Nagoya Station and right next to the Yanagibashi Central Market, which is great for morning exploration. The room is a bit compact but incredibly smart with their layout. Highly recommend for anyone who wants style without the massive price tag.
