The location is great, just next to Oasis 21 and very near to the underground shopping area Central Park. Just a few minutes to a coffee shop for breakfast. If it’s raining and you don’t have an umbrella with you, you may just pass through Oasis 21 underground to the NHK building and get back to the hotel. The staff were very nice.

Excellent front desk services with friendly young receptionists who speaks fluent English. Toiletries are available for guest collection at lift lobby, a good arrangement which serves guest needs and reduce wastage. Room layout is customer friendly and efficient. Design is modern and warm. The welcome drink is a pleasant surprise and the chocolate milk tastes great. Quality of the breakfast is another big surprise and truly value for money. Neighborhood is peaceful and scenic. Perhaps, the only disadvantage is the hotel location, a bit far from the nearest underground station but the 10 minute walk is enjoyable.

Overall, there are many highly rated reviews such as interior, service and facilities at the cafe on the 1st floor, so I stayed there in anticipation, but it seems that the expected value was a little too high. Check-in is done at the cafe counter and it feels very fashionable. Amenities that are not in the room can be provided at check-in. (Razor, cotton swab, etc.) When I entered the room, the bed was dawn, and there were tables, luggage shelves, and hanger racks on the side, so it was easy to use while feeling fashionable. Also, this hotel is separated from all rooms, so you can spend your time comfortably. However, the details are very inconvenient. First of all, there is no towel hook in the wet area, so it is difficult to store the bath towels used. And because there's no distribution of body towels or sponges that wash your body, if you don't bring them, you can wash your body with a face towel or you can whisk your hands and flush your body. I can't. The sound insulation of the room is quite low, the door opening and closing sound of other rooms, the sound of people walking in the corridor At the end, the sound of the hanger jumping in the next room is out of the tube, and the sound of the TV in the next room is heard. It was. There is no window on the living room side, and the window in the wet area is the only light, but the window facing outside has a mesh type border blind with no light-shielding. And there is a white blind on the living room side, but since this blind is horribly low in shading grade, even though there is no window in the living room, the outside light shines in and after the sun rises, the eye mask Without it, I couldn't sleep, although it wasn't very much. And the hardest thing was the TV. Even though a large TV is installed, he cannot reach the HDMI port. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't do it. Furthermore, with TVs of this generation, Android OS should be installed, so at least you can use YouTube and other services on the TV side , but that function seems to be also omitted. It was like a mochi drawn in the picture, with a large TV that can only be seen on the ground. I was very happy and happy with the delivery service to the breakfast room. Hot sandwiches were made and the espresso was very delicious. I felt that I expected too much in general, but I don't think anyone who arrives late at night, sleeps, wakes up, eats breakfast and goes out will be dissatisfied. I think it's good to take a separate bath and how to take the space in the living room, so it depends on the price, but I think there is a possibility of staying again.
