Gps location of the hotel was not accurate because the hotel was inside a lane and a four-wheeler could not be taken there. Room was not too good, if not bad. Intercom was not there. Had to call on mobile for the room service and most of the time either the call was not answered or disconnected without listening to the complete details. Washroom was too congested and smelled badly. Exhaust fan was not there and a small opening in bathroom used to pull in the foul smell instead of letting it out. Wi-fi was bad. Most of the time it just won't work and mobile signal was not good to use the cellular data. I have a 2 year old kid and there were open sockets in the room so i had to be always very cautious about it so that my kid doesn't start put in the fingers in it. Room service was also not good. Had remind multiple times about the order and then they would fulfill it. My room booking included the breakfast as well, however, it was just check nark the box and nothing else. They provided one stuffed paratha and a pathetic tea whereas my past experience had been much better at other the hotels. I also came to know that the hotel was going under renovation due to which above issues occurred, however, i was not informed about it at any stage of the booking.
