We had a wonderful experience in this hotel which is situated in a scenic location with beautiful mountain views in the backdrop! This is a very good location for hikers to easily get to the hiking trails that can take to famous Naini Peak, Tiffin top, Snow view point etc. There are free shuttles to and from the hotel to Nainital lake. The food quality is amazing and it includes all kind of delicacies ***** with traditional food of the hills ! Guests are entertained with traditional folk music of Kumaon Hills and hotel arrange games like Bingo/Tombola that encourages guest coming from different locations, culture and religion to socialize and enjoy together! Staff is very attentive, respectful and provide prompt service to their guests. Especially, Mr. Kamlesh Bhatt , (Manager) had been very helpful and ensure that we have a comfortable stay in Nainital. Overall, a wonderful and unforgettable experience and we strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Nainital!

The Vikram Heritage Inn hotel is a delightful place to spend a few days in Nainital. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The food is fantastic especially the continental choices. I love the little things they do to make the stay so enjoyable like starting the morning hearing live flute being played, afternoon tea with Maggie and snacks, different dinner theme nights, complimentary shuttle to Mall Road which is a distance away, organising some hot salt water foot soak for my mom after a busy day of walking. The GM , Mr Anil Kumar is very pleasant and takes keen interest in the comfort of his guests. I thank the entire management and teams for making my stay relaxed and pleasant. I will return post your rebranding!

It was a very great experience staying at Vikram Vintage during our trip to Nainital. The hospitality at Vikram Vintage is a clear 5/5. The entire staff is very polite and humble and always ready to assist whenever required. The food is really delicious and different cuisines are offered throughout the day. It is one of the most memorable stay I have experienced. Will definitely recommend people Vikram Vintage for their stay in Nainital.

Hotel was well maintained. Staff members were very polite and helpful. They provide shuttle service to mall road which comes in handy from the location where hotel is situated. Overall liked the Hospitality and rooms were clean and spacious. They have music and high tea arrangement. You can enjoy maggie as well at that time

Rooms are very good,and the staff is excellent and professional. The breakfast is also amazing with live music. Food quality was also good with proper hygiene. Location of the hotel is neae the uttrakhand high court . They provid shuttle facilities to mall road as well.

The stay at Cottage C3 was lovely, loved the breakfast and dinner which was included. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodation. We were really pleased with our stay at the Vikram Vintage Inn as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. recommendable for stay in Nainital.
