A nice quiet place in Mallital with views of Naini lake, good food, evening activities and very friendly staff. Mr. D S Jeena is very helpful and it had been wonderful to listen to his experiences during morning tea hours. The only improvement suggested is to build accessibility ramps for elder people as it is difficult for them to take stairs or use wheelchair to access this property.

The best experience I had at the beautiful property. The services are beyond your expectation - prompt and courteous . The plant based food that we ate was icing on the cake. Overall brilliant stay and I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a perfect get away in hills

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very courteous. The location of the place is outstanding. Overall it was an excellent experience. We would definitely love to go there again and recommend it to our acquaintances. The food too was quite tasty

It was most wonderful experience! Ambience & services were amazing! View of lake from deck is amazing.. Staff was polite, courteous & always present at your back & call .. Property’s GM Mr D S Jina, Executive Chef Mr Chandan Parihar & their team was superb… Food was superb & healthy.. Wish to visit Naini Retreat again & again ! God bless them all !

Very nice property, cooperative staff, brilliant activities. Service from and to Mall Road. Overall stay was awesome and must go place. I have been there twice and would love to go again. They give complimentary basic decorations for any occasion also.

One of the most amazing and elegant properties we have ever stayed. Away from the hustle bustle of Nainital, still just 10 min walk to the market and lake. The property has the most spectacular lake view from the deck. Most elegant vintage rooms, Best hospitality, with personal attention to each guest, Amazing food and each and every dish was delicious with superb deserts. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Shrikant Tiwari, very friendly and reachable, who is an encyclopaedia of Uttarakhand and can very well guide you to make your trip full of amazing experiences. Also, thanks to the ever helpful Talib khan , Tara and Radhey ji. Thanks for an amazing stay and experience.

Overall awesome stay. Good food. Location is awesome too. Staff hospitality is good and polite. Only thing is, such hotels do not charge extra for few additional requests from customers. Here it is different. They charge on every additional request.

Awesome experience! lovely hospitality. Well planned activities for families and kids. Food was delicious and especially the high tea and snacks by the bonnfire was cheery on the top!
