The customer service was superb. The hotel is so beautiful! I enjoyed the gold membership. It gave me 20% off a yummy dinner too. The breakfast buffet array was rich and I got a good window view while I enjoyed my breakfast. Overall I had a very restful experience.

Really enjoyed the ultimate burger,cocktails were amaizing , offer and quality services from william,table set up and seating area was amzing at the booth… looking forward to the next meal experience he suggested “nyama choma” and “ugali”

I have stayed for 17 days. The whole stay was such a great experience. All the people in this hotel were very kind and supportive for any help. Especially, Judy(or Julith) helped me a lot since I am worried about mosquito in Africa. Thanks. Last, I enjoyed the omlet every morning. Thanks, cook.

Best service!!! Friendly waiter and the food was great. Fantastic ambience Will definitely be back here again and again. Although security was abit of a nuisance. Too much unnecessary checks, in my opinion I don’t think the security checks had any safety justification

The burgers are made with love. Portions are filling. Deborah served us with a smile and was always ready to attend to us. The background music is also suiting and peaceful for a perfect date. I will definitely be back to Olive Restaurant soon.

The ultimate burger was great. Their special sauce was so good. Our server Gladys was very professional. We were hoping for the BOGOF offer but got 25% accompanied with a mocktail which was actually really good. Would definitely recommend

Went to Dusit Princess Hotel for an inquiry about their facilities. The staff are so welcoming and amazing from the reception to the aviary roof top. The cocktails were top notch and refreshing. This is definitely the place to be. Shout out to the great staff at the reception Susan , Charlene ,Joanina and Fiona at the bar .
