Everything is good. All the staff is very nice. The breakfast was very varied (continental but also local food). The swimming pool on the roof is great if the day is warm.

Service is wonderful. A beautiful trainee Florence is very impressive. Definitely will book again when back to Nairobi again.

Good location, very clean and the service provided by the staff is of great satisfaction. Strongly recommended for first timer traveling to Nairobi.

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

Hotel is nice, very clean , water flow in bathroom is very good. Security is excellent. Breakfast also fine and all staff are so friendly and co operate , only a problem all room have not internet network, up down a lot , after change 3 room then get a room internet was good ,

Great service from front desk. They were accommodating to early check-in and slightly late check-out depending on vacancies. Didn't check out the facilities. Breakfast wise was alright. not much varieties though. Anyway we are there to stay in the room. Room is perfectly sized and cozy for us to rest in. Highly recommend to all if you are looking for a hotel in CBD area.

The hotel is at a convenient location from the city centre. Patrick the person who dropped our luggage is quite friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. If you have a basic requirement of sleeping in a clean place and decent breakfast, it’s a good deal.
