close to airport, good as a transit hotel

離機場近，電梯需要輸入密碼，很討厭，沒人告訴，第二天早上趕飛機差點耽誤了。

Close to the airport, the elevator requires a password, which is annoying, no one told me, and I almost missed my flight the next morning.

Personal sehr freundlich.  Serives ist sehr gut.  Hotelbar und Küche waren eine Empfehlung eines Freundes aus Nairobi sehr zu empfehlen.
Sicherheit im Hotel war sehr hoch.  Ausstattung war nicht gut.Lift war schon eine Woche zuvor ausgefallen. Fliesen sind defekt. Eine LED im Zimmer flackete. Tresor ging die Tastatur nicht.  Mehrmals Stromausfall. hoher Straßenlärm ( gehupe ) ab 04:00.

Staff very friendly. Serives is very good. The hotel bar and kitchen were highly recommended by a friend from Nairobi.
Security in the hotel was very high. Facilities were not good. Lift had already broken down a week before. Tiles are defective. An LED in the room flickered. The keyboard didn't work. Power outages several times. High street noise (honking) from 4:00 a.m.

If there was less than one star rating, I would give that. I checked in on 26th August for one night, and was given a room without an AC or any kind of ventilation mechanism at all. Unfortunately, I did not check till after dinner. On asking the staff about the AC, I was very curtly told that if I wanted air, I should just open the window! We'll, I did just that and to my dismay, was kept up all night because of the highway traffic noise. It resulted in an episode of hypertensive crisis. I reported the whole night's sage to reception, and, as I was booked again for one night on the 3rd, I requested to make sure that I would be given a room with air conditioning. Alas, the same story is repeated. Four different rooms, with AC not functional. The 5th room has AC but to running hot water. The solution provided? Shower in the next room or get out of the hotel! This, at 10:30 pm in the night! Needless to say, I will not book myself here ever. And not recommend it to anyone else either

I needed a room for a night in between flights. While the room was adequate for that purpose, it wasn't entirely pleasant.  The feel of the hotel was a bit dark and dingy, and not very well maintained.   I was briefly trapped in the lift, and also locked on the level that my room was on, because someone had locked the door between the rooms and the lift. It was a bit of a weird set up, and quite disconcerting.   But the shower worked, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to grab a quick breakfast before heading back to the airport.
