This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff.
John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me.
The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth.
The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated.
This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

Very beautiful place with a great friendly team on ground to receive you, a great young man called Sam at the entrance of the hotel that will go along away to take you around the hotel premises with all the necessary information on his fingure tips, by the way Sam is an asset to the hotel. Clean and white spotless clean rooms with dedicated lady called Elizabeth (room attendant). There is another lady that received us at check-in. My son enjoyed your full English breakfast and the quiet location is a place I don't regrate coming to. Management you are doing a great job

Amazing staff, from the front desk team of Olive, Agnes, to John, Dishan, Joan, the team in the restaurant (the food is amazing, especially the snapper fish meal - I actually had it 3 days in a row), to the house cleaning, security guards especially the incredibly kind and impeccably dressed guard in the hotel Daniel, he’s a great ambassador for the hotel, to everyone else who made our stay at Kwetu. I wished I could’ve stayed a few more days or an extra week. Hopefully, I’ll be back again to Kenya soon. Thank you Kenya for smiling from your heart to mine. God bless. T. Barrington 👍🙏❤️

I used the gym in this hotel when i stayed there in November for a business meeting and the instructor - Elphaz is a fantastic and awesome guy. He was so patient and supportive during my time at the gym. I recommend the instructor to everyone. he is considerate to the unique need of everyone

Elphaz was an amazing trainer who helped me to understand my muscles in depth. Amazing session with a trainer who pushes you to your limit and making you understand why you are doing specific workout. Whenever I will be in town I will hit the gym with him.

Upon arrival we were met by Nick, head concierge. Throughout our stay, Nick checked in with us and also made great recommendations for entertainment, restaurants and art galleries. The entire staff was friendly, pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Food and drinks were excellent.

I had an extraordinary stay, thanks to the remarkable team at this hotel. Olive went above and beyond to assist with my visa process to Zanzibar and followed up even when my bags didn’t arrive in the States – truly exceptional service. The amenities were incredible, and the atmosphere was unforgettable. Walter, the bartender, made us feel like old friends while crafting incredible drinks. Nick organized an outstanding safari that ensured we had the best experience possible. And Mercy welcomed us with such genuine kindness that it set the tone for our entire stay. This was the best hospitality experience I’ve ever had!

Kwetu curio collection by Hilton hotel is a very serene place. Wanted to vibe to some good solo time and so I decided to go to Upepo. What a nice and warm welcome from hostess with the most miss smiley Misita. The music by djkingkev was also amazing on the Friday night. I will be back again soon for more experience.
