There was security staff on each floor, which was reassuring.

Because I needed an extra bed with my baby, I mainly chose the deluxe room, which is a one-and-a-half-bedroom room with a relatively large area. The window of the inner room faces the atrium, which means there is no window and no sunlight in the room. The bathroom smells like a sewer, and I can't find the exhaust switch or feel the strong exhaust. I just made do with it for one night, but I probably won't choose it next time.

The hotel is very safe, with strict security measures and complete facilities.

The hotel is very new, but it has a decoration smell and is very small. It is uncomfortable to live in. It is very uncomfortable. I don't think it is worth it. The service is quite good.

The location is good, there are many famous restaurants around, and it is not far from the museum. The room is quite spacious!

Beryl has very good customer service. The meals were amazing. The ambience is super great. The washrooms are clean and welcoming. The waiting lounge is well maintained. Very hospitable team of professionals. Keep up the good work. I would love to visit again

We went to Nairobi for a wedding. We chose this hotel for the proximity to the event. This is a great hotel. Though a bit pricey, it was worth it. The rooms are wonderful and the facilities extensive and very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were great and took care of all of our needs.

Everything was fabulous, the decor, the food was great and most the service was perfect especially by Beryl, she was great and always delivered ,we really enjoyed alot under her care .she smiles has she really mean it .kudos beryl. And hyatt team will come back

I've had an amazing experience at Hyatt regency, it's clean, it's top tier, Beryll has been a great host I would highly recommend...food was fresh, conducive environment and enjoyable 😉...staff were very quick to deliver especially in drink up time

This is a gorgeous brand new hotel. The rooms are spacious, & suites outstanding. The staff is extremely helpful. The tone is set from the top as Denis, the sales director and Igor, the GM, both went out of their way to welcome us. The fitness center, pool, sauna, steam were also beautiful- too bad we didn’t have time to use them. I recommend staying at this hotel , it’s great and very comfortable.

Amazing service team, particularly Beryl who took great care with attention to detail for our staff. Also the sales team, Stella and Olivia are exceptional and extremely friendly! Slight improvement needed on the food. Thanks!Keep it up

Had a good stay there. The receptionists were friendly and ready to assist (Beryl, Pauline,job, jacob,Charles )just to name a few. The waitresses especially Rahab and Beryl were very friendly and helpful during our 1 week stay. Would definitely be back and recommend the hotel.
