Very nice and clean hotel. Great service, got picked up and dropped off to the airport by private car. 5mins by car from the airport. My flight was delayed by 2hrs and the driver had tracked my flight and made sure he was there at the correct time.

A nice hotel, perfect if you are flying out of, or arriving late at, Niarobi airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a well equiped gym, outdoor rooftop pool and a nice bar with excellent food. I will definitely stay here again.

The bath water feels weird...the more you wash it, the more slippery it becomes...the hotel is relatively tidy, 5 minutes' drive from the airport, and there is a pick-up service

Fantastic staff and facility overall. I would like to give a shout out to airport shuttle drivers Charles and Isaiah, front desk Evelyn and Jacklyn, spa coordinator Catherine, Gym trainer Samuel. I highly recommed Four Point Sheraton-Nairobi Airport.

Really good experience with Four Points. They picked us up from the airport and were waiting with a name board even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Outstanding breakfast too and lovely staff all round. I’d definitely transit through this hotel again!
