The building is old, but it was clean and there were no problems. The location is very convenient and the gym has a nice view.

The hotel is in a very accessible area and it’s very clean with top notch service 

酒店的設施還可以，安檢後入住酒店。入住辦理很慢。服務態度還不錯，位置也還可以，旁邊就是購物中心。
1淋浴間沒有小花灑，不是很方便。
2 每個樓層的防護門很厚重，經常會聽到很重的關門聲

The hotel facilities are OK. Check in after security check. Check in is very slow. The service attitude is good. The location is OK. There is a shopping mall next to it.
1. There is no small shower in the shower room, which is not very convenient.
2. The protective doors on each floor are very heavy, and you can often hear the heavy door closing sound.

位置靠近大型的購物中心。附近也有很出名的餐廳，兌換店等， 十分方便。保安嚴密十分安全。泳池很大很乾淨。小朋友很喜歡。服務及食物都是非常好的水準，值得推薦。

The location is close to a large shopping mall. There are also famous restaurants, exchange shops, etc. nearby, which is very convenient. The security is tight and it is very safe. The swimming pool is big and clean. Children like it very much. The service and food are of a very good standard and highly recommended.

I had such a great experience at Mövenpick Nairobi, we were severed by Joram. Hw had great customer services and recommended a great choice of wine. The food was also really good. We were at the view restaurant and from the coming in at the reception to having us sit at the table was amazing. Would highly recommend. 

The customer service was excellent from the gate to the restaurant area. I particularly enjoyed and appreciated Kelvin's service. He truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food was delicious and quite filling, not to mention the dessert. We will definitely be back for the Sizzling Friday.😋💯👏🏾

The food and drinks were the unforgettable. The experience was divine. I loved the ambiance. And we were served by Mumbi who treated us so well. Thank you Movenpick. We will definitely be back! This was such a good brunch, and quite affordable!
