The room was very comfortable. I loved that I could brew French press coffee with the beans they freshly roasted downstairs. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return. The only complaint would be that it would take a while for food to be prepared, but I just might be an impatient American.

Rooms are comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The location is great and the security is on point. The food is also good. They just need to improve on times when requests are made for things like water, hot chocolate etc. But Great job to the management

the Social house is amazing. A hidden jewel in the bustling city of Nairobi. Staff is fantastic, attention to detail - spectacular. Can't recommend enough. one of the best hotels I have stayed in and very much look forward to my return visit.

The place is great (beautiful space, great location, friendly staff, superb food), but wifi is a total disaster. If you need to work (especially take calls), stay somewhere else. It constantly disconnects or asks you to re-sign in every other hour...

Booked a staycation at The Social House for a very special occasion and the stay was excellent. We enjoyed every moment, from the hospitality when we got in (valet parking, smooth check-in, complimentary refreshments, etc etc) to the scrumptious dinner at Copper Urban Grill, a cozy night in a perfectly laid-out room, and a great breakfast-in-bed experience while watching the Standard Chartered marathon in our room. Oh, and the staff was kind enough to throw in some subtle decorations as requested and we loved them! Thank you The Social House! Will definitely be back.

I loved my expirience at Inca. The service by Celestine exceptional, she was very professional, warm and made me and my partner feel special and well taken care of. We had barbecue pork ribs and mashed potatoes and negroni.Best choice she made for us. Thank you the Social house, you guys are who you think you are!!❤️❤️
