This trip, Jucheng [make a great contribution]. Tickets booked were flights that could not be found in the whole airport, and airport staff helped to find them in various ways. Finally, I found out that the flight ticketed by Jump might be for another airline, but luckily I ended up leaving. Arrived in Kenya, arrived at the hotel in the evening, the front desk told me no reservation message, fortunately customer service was still there at 2:30 am, half an hour later to deal with the problem, said it was a system reason [just wanted to roll my eyes, the front desk said just received the agent's reservation I do not want to and Journey Break].
The country can be said to be the standard of four-star hotels in China more than ten years ago, clean and tidy, no toiletries and disposable slippers. The sound insulation is relatively poor, the glass windows are not closed firmly, the wind will be very loud. The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast was not wonderful in my opinion, not as good or extensive as Best Westerns in Nairobi or the Kisumu Sarova…rooms a bit on the older side and hallways are very echoey! So a bit loud. Otherwise nice gym facilities and lovely pool!
