We reserved a room over the phone and informed them that we had a baby and needed a crib. They told us that they don't provide cribs and we understood. Once in the standard room, we realized the room was very small ( there was no room to move around the bed) and had no mosquito net or hot water. After talking to the receptionist, we were told to wait for 30min for hot water to flow. We opened the taps and 1hr later,. it was still not hot, by then the reception had closed (10pm), but the guard communicated with them and we were transfered to an executive room. The executive room was better but the toilet seat was broken and after turning off the lights, the mosquitoes come from hiding and it was an insane night. In the morning, they informed us that no standard room has a mosquito net, but being a mosquito prone area, in my opinion, this should be a must for every room. The restaurant is great, the food is awesome and kitchen staff very friendly. The environment is breath taking and would recommend the night bonfire.
