The door of the room was broken..
The room could be better with a door in the toilet..
The service wasn't very good and in our first dinner at 9:00 pm she took our plates without asking and she said that they close!
I'm 24 hour hotel you cannot act like this

The staff in general and the manager in particular, worked hard to please. We could see that (quite necessary) building improvements are underway. Parking was a big issue; not good!

Very noisy Aircon all night in room 12. Paid breakfast but no toast due to load shedding. Hot tap in room 12 turns on itself.

For the past four years I order food at Pofadder Hotel at least once a week. The food were always fantastic! Today, 1 February 2023, I've ordered my favourite - Calamari for R85-00 and a R40 chips which the kids love. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!!! From the usual full meal, the calamari changed to 6 pieces of dry crumbs!!!! See attached fotos! Spare yourself the dissappointment and NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THE POFADDER HOTEL!!!

We stayed there on route to Namibia as part of a large group. They were able to accommodate more than 50 people. We had a braai next to the large pool. Staff were friendly and also enjoyed the bar on site. Parking is at the back of the building, so ask at reception to have the gate opened. Rooms were clean and affordable
