Comfortable stay, safety for family, high food cost, good service

**Hotel Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was incredibly clean, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The amenities were excellent, especially for families with kids. There were plenty of activities and facilities that kept the little ones entertained and happy throughout our stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The food was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

The property is really very good. Rooms were also good. Worth the money paid. Amenities were good. The breakfast was not good.

Comfortable stay with very good services by the staff. Scope for improvement on quality and availability of food of your choice. Outdoor game’s maintenance needs to be improved significantly.

I recently stayed at the Grand Gardens Resort and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the cleanliness and hygiene were commendable. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food—it was absolutely awesome and truly exceeded our expectations. However, we encountered a few challenges during our stay. We checked in around 1:30 PM, which was later than expected, and as a result, we found ourselves with too much to do in too little time. With the pool closing at 6 PM and the last booking for the spa also at the same time, we felt rushed to fit everything into our schedule. After checking in, getting fresh, and having lunch, we were constantly on the go. The resort itself is expansive, but the pool felt quite small for the number of guests. Even though not everyone was in the pool at the same time, it still felt crowded. Unfortunately, the spa was the most disappointing part of our stay. It was a 10-minute walk outside the main resort area, located in a rather shady cottage, which didn’t provide the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. While there were numerous amenities available, the high number of visitors made it difficult to fully enjoy or participate in any activities. Despite these drawbacks, we will definitely visit again, primarily for the excellent stay and food experience.

Nice location with all facilities. Safe for family and kid's. Room service and club house are also good.

Booked room with breakfast but during breakfast it was told by staff that breakfast is no included. I had to pay more.

I find property by make my trip the food was good and all resort staff behave nicely the service was good.

Very nice resort. The environment, resort area, indoor activity are very good. Food quality is also best but quite costly.
