非常方便的地理位置，只是南京的住宿都實在太貴了，在別的城市這個價格能住到酒店，設施部分洗澡水需等熱水這是最不便的，但老闆服務態度好，感謝

The location is excellent as its in the centre and cbd area of Nanjing where all the actions are. There are many top grade shopping malls and restaurants around this area.
For those who are here on holidays, you can reach most of the attractions on the 2 metro lines (Line 1 n Line 2) at Xinjiekou Station. It's convenient to travel to the airport as well as the railway stations to reach most of the big cities in China.
Landlord is very obliging and easily reachable on Wechat. Property is also clean and relatively well renovated. Will be back here again if I visit Nanjing in future

Contacted customer service for the room number and password, straightforward and fast. They also said can arrange for laundry but I didn't use that service.
Location wise is ok, a few minutes of walking to either Shanghailu or Xinjiekou, where Xinjiekou is at the centre and convenient to travel to most of the tourist places.
Price is cheap enough and the room is what I expected at this price. Might be a bit dusty at some corners but I am fine with it.
Air conditioner is warm enough in this cold weather.
Can easily find something to eat downstairs, and there are 2 convenient stores as well.
Overall a good accommodation place if you are looking for cheaper rooms to stay.

I booked it in advance when I went to Nanjing, and finally chose this one. The location is easy to find, the sanitary environment is quite clean, it really fits the saying, small but complete😝 (If a girl takes a shower or washes her hair, she needs to pay attention to the time, because it is an electric water heater, and the water will get cold if you add water in the water heater in the middle of the shower if you take too long). The boss is also very nice and recommended nearby food to me. It is very close to Xinjiekou. I walked around the area after dinner and was very happy. I will make a reservation next time I come,😄
