When she heard that I was obviously dissatisfied with her statement, she said that you don't have to rush to check out before 2 o'clock. What makes you think that my complaint is for delayed check-out. I asked her for her work number so that I could report it through other channels later, but she refused to provide it. Are the work numbers of your hotel employees also confidential? Then she asked me if I had any needs. What a face full of question marks? The reasonable desire of the guests to understand the reason why the door lock cannot be opened before checking out is interpreted by you as you must have a need. I am afraid that you can make up a technical reason for the door not to open, which is better than the current response. It should have been a good accommodation experience, but it was ruined an hour before check-out.

The breakfast was amazing and my picture only shows a small amount of it. There is both Western and Chinese style breakfast options, so something for everyone. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but I still had 2 nights of good sleep. The room is big and clean and the river view is amazing.
