Then I returned to the hotel from outside at one o'clock, and was in a hurry to go to the bathroom, but found that the door card could not open the door, so I had to travel a long distance to the front desk to ask the reason. Is it so difficult to admit a mistake at work and be humble? The front desk kept avoiding the reason I asked. Because I was in a hurry to open the door for my daughter, I said that I would let the person in charge contact me and tell me the reason. I thought the person in charge would explain the reason properly, but something even more bizarre happened again. Soon a woman called the room and said that the room should be checked out at 12 o'clock, and the room card can be used until one o'clock, which is an extension. ???, are the check-out time written on Ctrip and the time said by the front desk wrong? When she heard that I was obviously dissatisfied with her statement, she said that you don't have to rush to check out before 2 o'clock. What makes you think that my complaint is for delayed check-out. I asked her for her work number so that I could report it through other channels later, but she refused to provide it. Are the work numbers of your hotel employees also confidential? Then she asked me if I had any needs. What a face full of question marks? The reasonable desire of the guests to understand the reason why the door lock cannot be opened before checking out is interpreted by you as you must have a need. I am afraid that you can make up a technical reason for the door not to open, which is better than the current response. It should have been a good accommodation experience, but it was ruined an hour before check-out.

The hotel room is quite large, the environment and sanitation are good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The disadvantage is that the parking is a mechanical parking space, which is not friendly to wider cars.
