Very satisfied with a stay, on the return trip, I decided to stay in Nanping on the highway temporarily. The hotel I am looking for now has a high score. I will try it if I say it is clean and clean. I saw 2 room types of city view rooms and mountain view rooms. Because I have a light sleep, I take it for granted that the mountain view backer will be quieter. When I checked in, I specifically explained the meaning. A boy at the front desk said that the mountain view and the city view were all on the road. The name was different. I said that it would be very misleading. Why call it mountain view? He said that the local car traffic is not large and very quiet. I stayed here once 3 years ago and I thought it was the most cost-effective hotel in Yanping. But now it’s really no longer possible. If the faucet is broken, it will not be repaired, and if the wall is damaged, it will not be maintained.
I communicated with the hotel where I checked in at 4 o'clock in the morning to extend the check-out time without affecting the check-in of other guests. The hotel refused straight away and called me at 11 o'clock in the morning, which was super frustrating.
Of course, we have something to say, the breakfast is quite good, the lady who makes breakfast is also very nice, and the security uncle at the front desk is also a good person!

Very good. I saw the rating of 4.5 before booking, so I was a little worried. I found that this was the only five-star hotel nearby, so I went there directly. I was not disappointed. SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

GGuest UserThis is the perfect hotel for a trip to Wuyishan. The hostess helped me with everything so that I could have a great time in the town. The rest of the hotel staff does not speak English, but they always tried to help me. They helped me with the route around the reserve, with tickets for the show and other things. It was very valuable. Location: It takes 30 minutes by taxi from Wuyishan North Station. There are also buses. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the impression da hong pao show. The bus stop is also nearby (also about a 5-minute walk). There are 3 stops to the reserve, less than 10 minutes by bus. Room: very spacious and clean, everything is as in the photos. The renovation and furniture look new. There is a hairdryer, slippers and personal hygiene products and even more: various little things and snacks. There is no refrigerator. Hotel: there are tea shops and Chinese restaurants nearby. But there is no need to walk in them, since everything is in the hotel. The breakfasts were Chinese, but you can always find something to eat. Lunch and dinner are also available. I've tried pork and fish. Everything was delicious. The hostess owns a tea factory. Therefore, tea can be bought here.

There is a washing machine and an electric iron outside, which is a perfect solution for daily laundry! I like it so much!
😌 Hygiene: Very clean! There is no dust or hair, and the floor is a non-slip frosted wooden floor or special brick! There will be no feeling of dust mites all over the carpet, and the aunt cleans it very cleanly. Every day when I come back, the house is fragrant and will not choke! The right smell really makes me feel like I'm home, and I feel very relaxed after a tiring day! The lobby is also very clean, and it is newly renovated, so the style and decoration are very simple and stylish!

😋Food: Going inside the first floor is the restaurant opened by the homestay. The lady in the cafeteria recommends it very well! The aunties are also kind and cute! They will ask you if you have eaten well and are full. They really smile so kindly. I like it. The taste here is very good and the price is affordable! I highly recommend stir-fried pork belly with belly meat and fresh bamboo shoots (tender bamboo shoots). It's really yyds. Shredded pork noodles (rice noodles) mixed with belly meat are really delicious! The Dahongpao ice cream and Guangbing in Wuyishan Scenic Area tasted pretty good, but I didn't eat the filial piety biscuits (I couldn't eat any more).
To sum up: the housekeepers and canteen ladies here are really nice and kind! The environment, service and facilities here are among the best in the many hotels and B&Bs I have stayed in. The air is fresh, the scenery is pleasant, and there is a cute and obedient ragdoll cat Zhaocai (remember it is Zhaocai, not Wangcai!) I want to steal the cat away every day.
I will come again next time!!! ! ...

QQijiademidoudouThe housekeeper helped us upgrade the room. The room is very large, with a tatami area for making tea and having afternoon tea, and a balcony. The balcony looks out to the back garden of the homestay, a Chongxi Mandao where you can ride a bike, which is very suitable for taking your dog for a stroll!
Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha.
Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts.
Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good.
Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. When we went downstairs for breakfast, we were told that ”pets are not allowed into the restaurant and we cannot sit outdoors.” It was very embarrassing at the time, but luckily there was a place around a fireplace outside the back of the restaurant, so we cooked and ate there.

AAnja 安雅Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Iivan khongFantastic hotel. Near to airport. Located a 7yuan taxi ride away frim the town centre but well worth it if you are looking for a nice, secluded, away from city feel. Very nice. A river flows in front and rear of the hotel, nice and quiet. A quaint village is located which you can take a stroll in if you wanna see village life. Very nice picturesque area with an old bridge, great for sunrise pics.
Food is good. Staff very friendly. Willing to recommend restaurants to eat in. Also recommended to take the bamboo raft ride down the 9 bend stream at wuyi shan nature park. Also recommended the Impressions Dahongbao live show, not to be missed.
Hotel General Manager, Angie, helped us a lot. As we barely speak Mandarin, she speaks English and helped us make bookings, and speak to the locals via phone when we encountered problems communicating. She recommended places that we would not have thought of and even suggested hotels in Xiamen for our next stop in our itinerary, and we chose the Holiday Inn next to the airport. Also suggested.places in other provinces we should go in our next trip to China.
