有一房型為頂樓加蓋，上方採光罩搭配遮光簾，入房時很悶熱，但整體很新還不錯，早上被悶熱醒，前方有空地可停車，距離18度C走路三分鐘左右，離度之島火鍋火鍋一分鐘，地理位置算還不錯，房間有化妝桌，一張椅子，兩人以上要吃東西需要搬陽台的椅子使用，衛生紙很小包又很薄，建議自己準備衛生紙
頂加房型，白天退房時廁所非常悶熱，建議可以加裝三合一暖抽風機
