This was a lovely hotel in Napa. It was in a great location and there are several choices of restaurants within a short driving distance. The hotel was very clean as was the room. We had some noisy people above us (very loud walkers as you could hear every step). I would suggest the top floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice, large outdoor patio area with a gas fireplace and alot of conversation areas. The hotel was very updated. No laundry so we had to drive a couple miles to a laundromat to wash a few things as we had been on the road a while. A laundry room would have been nice. They do offer limited meals and they have a nice bar in the lobby. Several snack and drink items available to purchase.

This hotel has seen better days. I have not stayed there in quite a few years and wont be back. The platinum amex concierge made the resi for us and apparently booked a basic king. No problem it was a quick stay. We were only asked upon check in if we wanted a bigger room. Didn’t realize smaller room meant trashed room looking over the back alley. I could understand if the hotel was booked since we booked last minute but no, it was a Sunday night and dead. Why they would put any guests in that room unless at 100% capacity is beyond me. All i can think is for some reason the front desk agent didn’t like us. The room not only looked over the back alley but had major water damage. The wood floors are completely destroyed. Everything was worn out and best up. The chrome was chipping off the bathroom fixtures, gross grout in the shower. The walls in the hallways were all beat up too. I could go on. Bottom line, don’t stay here until they invest some money and make sure they dont stick you in a room overlooking the back alley.

We stayed at the Westin Varasa for 1 night after spending 3 amazing nights in Yountville. We were very disappointed with the Westin - early in the evening we discovered that the toilet did not flush. Tried to call the front desk from the room phone only to find out it didnt work so we sent a chat on the website to let them know. After waiting quite a while and sending a follow up text, for a maintenance person to come and fix the issue, the night was now getting quite late so we werent even able to go out and see all that downtown Napa had to offer. Went to bed and approximately 3am the room phone starting beeping every 10-20 seconds. We tried to assess why it was doing this but werent able to so once again at around 5am we reported it via chat with the hotel and were told that a maintenance person would be up when they arrived that morning - we checked out of the hotel at 11am and no tech was ever sent up. We mentioned these issues at check out so the next party in that room would not have the same issues, and the gal just smiled and said “oh that doesnt sound like a good night”….no kidding! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I’m sure there are much better hotels in downtown that take care of their rooms and their guests. Very disappointing experience and we would not stay here again.

This is a Hilton resort hotel, the equipment is perfect, the receptionist is very interesting, and also helped us draw a map of the hotel. Parking is available in the backyard with free parking. The hotel serves evening drinks and breakfast the next day. After the Napa Valley viewing, you can have a light meal at the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, and there is also an American omelet. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's homemade chili sauce is really delicious. I read the comment saying that there is a swan inside the hotel, and I woke up in the morning and really saw it. There are two areas in the hotel. In the atrium, everyone can sit and eat and drink and chat. The outside landscape has fountains, swan, all kinds of small scenes, which are lively and interesting. Very holiday feeling, you can sleep lazily to wake up naturally~

We arrived at 3pm-ish. The girl who checked us in was super nice. our room was not ready, but she said she pre-checked us and our room would be ready by 4 check in time and they would text us once ready. She verified our phone # and all our information. I also verified that the room extras we paid $$$$ for would be set up and in our room upon checkin, She said yes, that is actually why our room was taking longer to be prepared, they had to clean it and then set everything up for us. This did not happen. It was 415 ( after the 4 check in time advertised and no text or call) we went to check in and the Manager on duty did the entire process all over again, when we asked about it he got snippy and proceeded to argue with us as to why. It was like he wanted the last word - he was young, so I imagine he had not been trained on customer service 101, don't argue with customers. When we got to the room, nothing was set up. So I went back down stairs and asked the same manager on duty and he said I do see that, but we don't set up stuff in dirty rooms. I re-explained what the other lady had told us,how it was a surprise for our kids which why we paid extra for it, and why we waited even after 4 to get checked it. He just said again, we dont set stuff up in dirty rooms. Which makes no sense. I could tell he was going to argue with me again, so I just looked at him, he called house keeping and asked them to deliver it. He was very snippy and rude. The sheets has spots on them, and there was hair in our tub, the mirror attached to the wall had a burn or something on both sides and was wrecked. It is located in an industrial business area, which is very deceiving from the online pictures. For the money per night I would not stay again. The only good part was the Crush bowling alley. The server was super nice and that was fun, normal bar food- nothing fantastic for the price. We tried to go to Blend coffee bar in the morning, outside they had advertised ” dragon fruit drink and green juice” my kids were so exited. I stood in line for like 15 mins, went to order dragon fruit juice, they were out, went to order green juice , they were out, asked if they had a breakfast burrito, they were out. Keep in mind this was like at 830 am in the morning, it was not late. Why did they have that sign up outside advertising everything they were out of!!!??? We ended up going to Starbucks. Also the brewery was closed. This was disappointing, should have been stated on their website.

Hotel service is very good, especially the uncle at the front desk, know that our family of three came from Boston, also helped us to upgrade, sent three breakfast coupons, the hotel has free bicycle rental service, and took a bicycle for ten minutes in the evening to go to town. It’s great to have a round of nice, and it’s very pleasant to drink around the stove at night, and there are yoga classes in the morning, very satisfied! 👨👩👧😄

It takes ten minutes to drive from the town of Napa. The exterior is a three-story building with unpretentious architecture. The facilities are quite complete. There are no slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. The first floor is the restaurant. The price does not include breakfast. Restaurant, the room size is large, the bed is relatively large, clean, quiet, more comfortable!

Outstanding
BbyudgIt feels like a family hotel. On the side of the main road, sound insulation is okay, and the sound of wooden floor sounds. The hotel is not large, there are two places for parking, and there are many locations.
The hotel is supplied by homemade biscuits from 6 to 7:00 every night, and outdoor hot ponds in the back garden from 8 to 9:00 in the evening can soak hot springs. After 8:00, there is no one at the front desk. Overall is relatively satisfied.
Breakfast is rich, there are various Greek yogurts, the grilled baked Walf cheese cheese pancakes, milk oatmeal juice, fresh fruits are all available.
Had never been here so this was an adventure! Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Lobby clean and inviting. Convenience to downtown and outlet stores spot on. Although the roundabout was a bit busy during commute time it quieted down substantially soon after 6 p.m. And even with the highway being fairly close by, the inside was quiet. The room was very clean, fresh, roomy, well appointed, comfortable with table to sit and eat indoors and also another out on your private patio. Fresh, soft robes provided. Deep tub in our room. Bed sooooo comfortable (hubby and I usually sleep separate due to loud snoring on his part but he was so comfy I heard nothing from him!). A/C worked well and was not too noisy at all. The only problem for me - and this is MY fault for not asking - was we were in a room next to the elevator. ACK!!! Were woken up at 4:15 a.m. and the loud 'Clunk!, Clunk!' continued throughout the morning. Bummer! Had I understood we were going to be sharing a wall with the lift, I would have asked for something different. Suggestion to management; luggage rack was rickety and needs a fix and it would be helpful to have the soap dispenser next to the sink instead of the lotion (merely a suggestion). We will recommend this establishment to our friends and neighbors and very much enjoyed our stay and thanks to all the friendly staff.
GGuest UserThe room is small and crowded, barely enough for just living. The bedding and bathroom in the room are quite high-end. However, the service at the front desk was poor and not very friendly to Chinese people. When I checked in during a holiday in the United States, the waiter gave me a super bad room. The windows were full of equipment on the opposite floor, and it was impossible to open the curtains. When I asked to change rooms, the waiter's attitude was very bad.
叶叶This time I used Ctrip to book hotels during my trip in the United States. Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for food. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference.
The experience of staying at Napa Winery Inn was very good. The service and meals were in line with expectations. There was a fire pit at the door and wine tasting every day. The hotel changed the wine marketer every 2 months.
GGuest UserAll the pictures showed a fireplace in the room, our didn’t have that, also didn’t care for the never cleaning room, understand with Covid, but we’re there 5 days and never got room cleaned. Had to ask for towels twice and go get them from front desk. There was no pool nor hot tub but claim hot is in room, very hard to fit two people in there.
Husband and I came here for a relax-by-the-pool babymoon weekend right before the birth of our second baby. We had a nice time. What the hotel lacks in polish, it makes up for with really nice, helpful staff and decent amenities. Pros: - we were initially assigned a small, first floor, cave-like room facing the parking lot and the management was able to reassign us to a much nicer 3rd floor room facing the pool! This made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. - the rooms have fully operable windows which was amazing. Do great to capture the cool breeze at night instead of running the noisy, stuffy AC - Beautiful pool and nice loungey area with big towels and configurable shade structure. The pool was busy but not too crowded which was nice. Water was lovely and very clean!! -all staff were incredibly kind and helpful -free EV charging was an awesome and unexpected perk -decent free breakfast Cons - older, smaller rooms with awkward layouts. Not a deal breaker for me. - they could really improve the free breakfast with a few small tweaks: 1. Please provide real coffee cups. Drinking coffee out of paper is such a drag plus it's just super wasteful. 2. Would love to see some fresh, cut fruit options 3. Ice at breakfast would be nice. - Location is meh. Know that you will be staying off a pretty busy street in basically a business/office park. This was a fine trade off but something to be aware of going into your stay. - too many tip solicitations signs everywhere. Makes the hotel feel cheap This would be a great, economical place to stay for an out of town family visiting napa for a wedding.
EEduardo FI recently stayed at the White House Hotel in Napa Valley, and it was a blast. The hotel’s historic vibe and cozy decor perfectly compliment its chill vineyard setting, making it a great place to unwind. My room was nicely furnished and offered a comfy spot to relax with some nice views. The service was really top-notch; the staff were super friendly and helped out with local tips and stuff. The on-site restaurant had some good food, though I think the menu could have used a few more choices. The amenities, the pretty garden and comfy lounge areas, made the stay even better. If you’re after a laid-back getaway in Napa Valley, the White House is definitely worth checking out.
GGuest UserI have been staying at the Hotel Indigo for many years now during my weekend getaways to the valley. Not only is is consistently affordable, but it has always been EXTREMELY clean, well appointed, the rooms are huge and the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable and of top quality. They are also pet friendly which is a must for me as I almost always travel with my dogs. Recently I had to make a last minute cancellation as my dog got very ill and Mirasol, the manager was so gracious to work with me on a last minute cancellation and a rebooking. She was understanding of my situation and accommodating, rebooking me for a later date without a lot of hassle or a charge. I am not a more loyal patron than ever. Thank you Mirasol and thanks for being a very nice and affordable solution to staying in the valley Hotel Indigo.
KKaycey SThe staff was friendly and helpful when it came to offering suggestions on where to visit for wine tasting and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The walls are a little thin but thankfully nobody was loud. It was very clean and looked like it has recently been updated. The location was Everything!!! No car needed to get anywhere. The purpose of a hotel is to give you shelter when you’re not out and about. Who goes on vacation to stays in their hotel majority of their time anyways!!! Overall was pleased and find that the hotel is very underrated for the price and location.
