Not really a hotel but rather an apartment in a period building that has been partitioned into separate rooms and repurposed as a hotel as a nice little earner for the proprietor. So what does this equate to? Well the rooms look vintage and quaint in the pictures but the walls are paper thin, the beds are the cheapest collapsed sprint mattress kind,’there is no proper bedding and and pillows only sheets, a thin blanket and scatter cushions so not sure how often these are cleaned. the shower will leak water into the room and the toilet plumbing is suspect at best requiring several additional presses to stop the flush cycle. There is only one visible power socket and ah yes…the lack of a proper 24hr reception meant I had to sleep outside on the floor on my first night. Is it clear in the terms and conditions that check-in closes at 11pm? Yes. Did I arrive an hour later and despite pleading with the owner did he make no attempt to help me despite messaging him in advance that I would be late to check in? Also yes.

The hotel is located in an old and very elegant building, in a quiet area (Piazza Amedeo - Chiaia) and with easy access to all areas of the city (close to the metro and bus). The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

This was an excellent base for exploring Naples - lots of great restaurants close by, and easy access to other parts of the city with the Metro stop just across the square.

A lovely and very quaint hotel in a quiet area of Naples. Both of the reception staff we met were extremely polite and helpful. They kindly provided a jug of boiling water each day so we could have a morning cup of tea. Our room was very clean and the air con worked perfectly.

Had 2 separate rooms which on arrival 1 of these rooms hadn’t been split into a twin room as requested…this was remedied within minutes! Hotel is old and beautifully charming and great for a base to explore Naples! Located right on the piazza the metro was easy to use, or could easily walk to via Toledo in 20-30 mins!

Excellent hotel in a charming and very safe neighborhood. Spacious, clean and rather quiet rooms (which is definitely rare in Napoli). I spent 6 nights at this hotel and the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Recommend 100%

In una zona tranquilla con vista sul Vomero, in un palazzo storico di Napoli, camera e bagno spaziosi, ottima colazione e buona la pulizia generale, ottima posizione e comoda coi mezzi ( peccato per la funicolare chiusa da ormai troppo tempo)...cosa volere di più? Un pochino più di luce e arredi meno "polverosi". Ottimo il servizio per le escursioni e buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. PROMOSSO!

We stayed 3 nights at Pinto-Storey. We'll situated with Metro, taxi stand and grocery store a few steps away. Restaurants and high end shopping well within walking distance. Continental breakfast in the morning delivered to your room....the best coffee we could ask for!! Hotel is small, 4th floor of an old building with lots of character. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Hôtel chaleureux situé au quatrième étage d'un immeuble d'habitation. Très bon accueil du personnel à l'arrivée ainsi que durant tout le séjour avec un très bon service. Les chambres sont spacieuses, dans un style ancien assez joli. Bon petit-déjeuner, servi en chambre. Nous avons également effectué une sympathique sortie au Vésuve depuis l'hôtel.
