The hotel is in a perfect location via Toledo, the room had spectacular views of the street. The only thing is that check-in is done in a different location than the hotel, but if you send an email to the hotel they will give you the address where you have to check-in. For everything else great!!

Booked at around 8pm on booking! Booking code arrives but not the property code! We stayed outside the property on via de Gasperi until 11.30pm hoping that someone would answer the phone or that we would find an emergency phone number for customers! A shameful customer service system! Customer management even worse (they wrote that it was my fault)! If you decide to become a hotelier you should be sure that you have the right skills to do so and not just the money! Providing assistance in the hotel world is essential for customer satisfaction.. Oops Maybe you don't know the term! It's better to take a good training course before opening other properties! Logically they didn't refund me because it's my fault... Too bad they never sent me the access codes to the property! We also have witnesses to whom we showed the message! SHAME ON YOU

Excellent location in the center of Naples, cleanliness is also more than good.

To be avoided, after 1 month I have yet to receive the deposit of 200 euros back, made by credit card. You have to go and get the keys from the other side of Naples and if you call for a problem they don't answer you, in the morning I found myself with half the plaster fell in the room not to mention the strong smell of sewage coming out of the toilet.

I booked last month for two people, I called to find out if I could move the reservation, at the reception they said yes and gave me a second number to contact. I called this second number and they told me no, after having lost the money for the first tickets, taking others, thus also losing the other money for the second tickets. So I didn't even use the reservation because it was stuck in my throat, we came to Naples anyway but we didn't stay, I gave him the money and I was more than happy. Unprepared and rude staff, who no longer even responded to my messages. Never again, I don't recommend.

I confirm like other reviews that the check in must be done in another location very far from the B&B by paying a deposit of €200 where on the contract it is written that it is returned after 15 days but in fact you have to make complaints via email and telephone to be able to recover them after 2 months. The location is in an excellent position but it is best to avoid it because it is located on the 5th floor where the lift is very small and built by the Bourbons (it got stuck) the customer remained inside for over 2 hours, calling them they claimed that they don't fit in it and we had to call the condominium administrator but the condominium administrators didn't know who he was, the poor guy was stuck like the elevator was blocked for days. Going up there is a door where the good morning is given by the excrements of the numerous pigeons present who at night sleeping with their parents do not let the customers sleep. After the first door, there is a gate, upon entering there is a very small hallway. where there is a stale air thanks to a bag of dirty clothes that is always present every day, then there is another door (there are valid reasons for this whole situation) in fact there are other reviews that confirm the thefts, I lost a valuable hat inside the room which are all very small like the shameful bathroom with a broken toilet cistern and I smell worse than the entrance (the photos you see do not correspond to reality). By calling the reception which is km away from the B&B and explaining what happened with possible consequent complaint against unknown persons, only for having said to inform the cleaning lady (so to speak) a rude lady with Neapolitan language says to file a complaint for slander using terms that I prefer don't mention them. I conclude by being certain of doing good to many tourists who will decide at the mere thought of staying in this location, where for the services, thefts, the smells and the pigeons and the high costs, it is better to find alternatives because the hoteliers of Naples and the Neapolitans they don't deserve such reviews.

Very small room, TV with continuous signal interruption, very uncomfortable lift with paid function and what's more it doesn't give change! Structure in my opinion improvised, plus reception one kilometer from the structure for check-in! They hand you a set of keys (5 in total) which clutters the Waist bag

Good experience in this hotel, very central and strategic location for visiting the city of Naples. Sufficiently soundproofed rooms. Recommended for a quick visit to the Neapolitan city. Upon our arrival we were accompanied by the staff to the structure.
