We got the lovely queen room with the bath, the room look led exactly like the picture and it had a 75inch tv! All the staff were amazing and helpful and breakfast was decent with hot and cold selection! there was two issues we had on our short stay.
1. We had no electricity for 5/6 hours this was a bit annoying as we couldn’t charge any of our devices especially since we had work and it hit 40c in the room so extremely hot. It seemed that it was only one side of the hotel with no electricity (the buildings are old but we did pay for a premium room) it would have been nice to be offered extended check out for inconvenience
2. Leaving luggage - it was great that we could leave our luggage to explore Pompeii however we were told someone was coming to put it somewhere safe, when we returned the bags were left in the same spot right next to an accessible door it would have been devastating to have our belongings taken

Qua locatie ligt het hotel erg goed, vlak aan het station, vlak tegenover een ondergrondse parking. Het hotel zelf is iets anders. Het personeel aan de desk is zeker behulpzaam en vertelt wat er mogelijk is in de stad, nu eenmaal op de kamer zag de kamer er zeker proper uit, maar dat veranderd als je echt goed begint te kijken. In ons bed lagen nog verschillende haren, de douche randen waren relatief smerig naar mijn mening en de haardroger stond op ontploffen als je hem een stad hoger zette. Telkens we een douche namen rook het naar gas of naar uitwerpselen. We stelden ook vast dat er in de douche lossen elektriciteitskabels lagen niet niet afgeschermd zaten.Nu zou je denken dat dit niet kan maar bij de buurman was het exact hetzelfde verhaal. Om dan over te gaan naar het ontbijt: zeer matig en beperkt. Het is een 4 sterren hotel maar ik stel me de vraag waar men die 4 sterren vandaan haalt. Wij deden met vrienden een soort van roadtrip door Italië en we vonden allemaal dat de 3 sterren hotels beter waren dan dit hotel.

This hotel is so beautiful the staff are amazing!! I honestly can not recommend this hotel enough. Receptionists are very helpful and you are made feel so welcome. We look forward to future visits here. Bus stop outside the hotel very convenient for sightseeing and close to the train station.

This Hotel offers everything you look for when staying at a hotel. Location: directly across the street from the metro, safe, walkable and easy access to street food which is a must when in Napoli. Rooms: clean, very spacious and provided all the accommodations. Largest TV I have seen in a hotel. Staff: everyone we encountered provided at high level of service. Hotel Director was very accommodating with all questions.

hotel semplicemente eccezionale. camera spaziosa, pulita e con un tv da 70 pollici!!! personale estremamente cortese e disponibile, parcheggio pubblico a pagamento di fronte all'hotel comodissimo. Unica pecca la zona che di sera non è proprio il massimo, ma non intacca minimamente il mio giudizio: 10
