Really nice apartment/hotel, great location, we travelled with my 7 year old, he loved it as the the single bed was on an upper level in the same room where we could hear and see him. Mini fridge with water and soft drinks, tea and kettle, safe and toiletries all available in the room. Although the apartment is on a very busy and noisy street the windows were double glazing and there was an extra set of doors that stopped the noise and light from the outside. The breakfast consists of pastries, cereal and fruit and you can request a toasted cheese sandwich. There was also a choice of juices and coffee/tea etc. Stefano was very welcoming and helping as were all the staff we encountered. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for all types of travellers.

This was my second visit to Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel (SCBH). It is slap bang in the heart of the Naples historic city centre. The staff team is great in every respect ... they simply want to ensure that your stay is perfect . Extremely friendly and helpful . Gennaro, Licia , Marco and the rest of the team not least those of the breakfast room go out of their way to help . Undoubtedly the biggest asset of SCBH is it's staff team ! The rooms match those of any 4 star big name ... except that at SCBH , the rooms also have character . Thank you - and a presto - we shall be back !

The hotel is a very comfortable and quiet location, with a view to the historical centre's tumult. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are very good and the rooms are very good and the rooms are very good. It may be appropriate to inform new entrants of the arrangements for access before arrival, as it does on request. Attention, these rooms are not beds and breakfasts as breakfast is not offered, which is very bad, especially as the beautiful terrace on the roof would be well suited. We had not taken care of this particularity by booking. There is no kitchen or refrigerator available, so it is not possible to take your meals there. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to stay in the hotel.

The location is right smack in the historic centre but is down an alley so is hard to find as we arrived late at night. The check in is also a prob as they contacted us separately to get our hp no via email and we had to whatsapp our passport to them which we felt uncomfortable as there was no one at the hotel to check you in. Lastly they were missing a pillow when we checked out prob due to their own housekeeping issues but they were asking if we took the pillow which is ridiculous as we were on a one day trip from rome and only carried 1 smallest bagpack totally unable to fit any pillow. They shld have checked the cctv or questioned their housekeeping before asking the guest. Who takes pillow at this day and age really!

Naplesuite is a must stay, and easily accessible to the popular Via Toledo street filled with a lively atmosphere and eats on every corner/alley. The room was very nice, and just what we needed for the two nights we were there. Not to mention, the breakfast was well prepared, and just the right amount to take on the day.

Wow - what an incredible, historic, unique hotel in the heart of Naples. This hotel is a true hidden gem - also literally a hidden gem because it is really hard to find the entrance lol. Make sure you have a phone number added to your booking that WORKS when you are in Italy as we couldn't find entrance instructions and it turned out they call you on your mobile to advise details. This hotel is set in an historic building in the heart of Naples and at the time we stayed, a local fashion house was using the hotel as a shoot location. The front ballroom was adorned with gowns of all colours, we were allowed to wander through and gaze up at the breathtaking friezes and peer out of the balcony where Garibaldi used to stand. This hotel is nothing like what you have stayed at before. It is opulent and luxurious but in a way that is cosy and charming, not pretentious. It feels like you were given a secret key to stay in an old palace. The room was incredible, just be aware that in this part of Naples there is a high level of road noise so you will need the windows shut tightly (at all hours) if you need peace. I would highly recommend a stay at this hidden gem and would love to return to experience a slice of magnificence in the hustle and bustle of Naples once again.
