The fitness gym was quite comprehensive The regular Room was already very big, comfy bed and clean! No upgrade this time since all rooms are fully booked - service! 100% good! One of the most friendly staff and quite a number overseas staff. - The hotel provide a shuttle bus to Nara station or Kintetsu Below content for those who has time to read To start, it was the first day of the dining experience at Azekura that got me to have not one but two dining occasions at the restaurant. Chef Wang Yu Wen not only delivered a gastronomic experience throughout my teppanyaki lunch course, but he also delivered a very personal one-one dining service experience. His culinary expertise was showcased in every dish despite my dietary restriction, every flavour simply delighted my palate. Kirito did an exceptional service by recommending a great local Nara sake to pair with my lunch course., The second day of Kaiseki was equally delightful and I was extremely surprised to be greeted by the 料理長, Mr Nobukazu Yoshida who honestly provided such an “Omotenashi” experience throughout my time at Azekura. Mr Okubo Ren and Ms Miyamae also delivered great service during my lunch dining on the second day. Overall, the dining experience at Azekura was the highlight of my stay and till now, I couldn’t help but marvel due to the great service that was initiated by Mr Wang Yu Wen. Additionally, I would like to commend the impeccable service I received during the check-in process. I I was impressed at Mr Kim’s patience and service throughout the check-in experience, and I was really glad to get a warm welcoming experience from both Mr Arjun and Ms Pitcha at the lobby. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate specific requests made a significant difference, setting the tone for an enjoyable and happy stay. It is evident that the team takes pride in delivering top-notch service, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, the hospitality at the lounge was exemplary. Despite the huge crowd during the festive season, the lounge staff did create a comfortable and enjoyable one. デイユースで利用しました。12時間滞在で3500円、さらのデイユースプランでも朝食がつきます。個人的にアボカドと鶏肉の炒め物が美味しかったです。スムージーまで用意されていて満足できました。 　 　 　 お部屋は窓の外がビルの壁しかない部屋と、景色が広い部屋があるので、あらかじめ景色の広い部屋をリクエストしたほうがいいです。一階のカフェスペースも10時以降自由に使えてコーヒー飲み放題でした。テレワークでこの宿はオススメできます。

It is a building that feels the age at first glance, but when I stepped in, the nostalgic space that was carefully maintained spread. The room I stayed in ”Awafuji” was a really nice room. In a tatami room with a wide 々, the ceiling is high and you can feel ”I came to stay at my grandparents' house”. I thought it was lit up without worrying when I saw the garden at night. It was only once that I was able to meet the staff because it was a corona cherry blossom, but I was able to feel the hospitality of the hospitality. I would like to let you go again.

The best hotel experience we had in the entire Japan trip. The room is very spacious (about 30-40 square meters by my estimation) and it is spotless clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I especially like the Japanese style room design where you take off your shoes at the front door and enter the elevated wooden floored room. The location is unbeatable - only 3 mins walk from the Nara train station, on a small tourist street with tons of small shops and restaurants. The room is very quite even though it is on the tourist street.

Near to attractions and it is quite spacious, feel like the management care about customers and make sure they have everything they need, there is laundry area, common work area and vending machine, all staff speaks english and is very polite and helpful, for the price they include a delicious breakfast nothing more i can ask for, if i am back in nara i will stay there again!

Exceeded expections on all grounds! I am so happy with the hotel I wanted to spread the word. This hotel has great old world charm and more. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel (more than 100 years old!) but everything was fine. I stayed at the Main Wing / basic room with park view. The bathroom was basic (business hotel like) but very clean, but the room / bedding and the view at our window was wonderful. Given the low price point, we were very happy with the room. Definitely recommend the Main Wing, and if you can, a room with higher price point. All staff, from shuttle bus / concierge / front desk / bar, are excellent. We really enjoyed the check in process - you can sit at the lounge admiring Einstein's piano while the front staff comes calling your name. Also try the tea lounge both during the day and night (turns to a bar). I would also like to extend special thanks to Korean speaking front manager Lee Su Jin who helped us in so many ways. She really made our stay comfortable. One thing to note about Nara city itself is that most venues close at 4pm and have unpredictable operating hours. You can't just walk around hoping to sit down at a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of your trip and I'm sure Nara hotel concierge can help with this. I really enjoyed Nara Hotel and look really forward to returning.

Although it was only available for a limited time, I was very happy to receive beer and ice cream after getting out of the hot springs. When I went to the breakfast buffet around 8am, some items were out of stock due to bad timing, but the tempura was fried right in front of me, so it was freshly fried and delicious.

It is a cultural village that is also a roadside station, but it is not along the main road but in a quiet environment. Moreover, it is a characteristic hotel built on the Sukawa No.1 tumulus, and it is built in the facility group where you can experience history and art culture. The concept was thorough, such as not only in the room but also in the credit card and paypay, where cash cannot be used. However, there is no inconvenience, coffee, tea and instant miso soup are free to use, and you can bring them in in the room or in the lounge without choosing a place. Also, the soundproofing of the room is high, and I could hardly hear the sound of the attached cultural village parking lot, so I could sleep well. I used a plan with a breakfast box, but it was enough breakfast with a two-stage lunch box with many side dishes and Yamato's persimmon leaf sushi. Some people eat their own breakfast while drinking self coffee in the shared lounge, which is free and convenient. This is the hotel I want to use again.

I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return. It was convenient to have a family mart nearby and 1 minute walk from the north exit of Sakurai station. From the window of the twin room on the 5 floor, the line of the Kintetsu Osaka line in front of you looks good, and you can see the Kintetsu limited Express like 々, and I was not tired. The regular coffee provided free of charge at the lobby server was delicious and went to get it many times. Still the new room was clean with the bathroom and the outlet was easy to use with a large table on the side. It was popular with the table mirror and outlet, and it was popular with the person who could sit and use the dryer. The empty refrigerator and hot pot were also convenient, and it was a pity that there was no indoor safe. The large bath of artificial hot springs with partitions in the washroom and the daily meal only on weekdays served at 1F ”wami” tavern were also good. Breakfast was satisfactory with many choices including the local menu in Nara. Cospa is good and I would like to use it again if I have a chance.
