No lift in property as shown in description of property, I have to reach on third floor by steps with my wife ,2 kids and 61years old mother.

Hotel and staff nice. Location is very good. Almost nearer to all visiting places near panchavati and river also very closer to hotel.

1)basic hygiene issues. Flush was not working. Had complaint on check-in but issue persists till we check out. 2) stains on bedsheet and pillow covers not wash properly
3) housekeeping service is quick and basic needs were addressed. Make my trip to ensure hygiene issues should not there in any hotels. We booked via mmt so it's responsibly to ensure proper hygiene is maintained
