Very good location, no service around, no far from the city, only drive

Me and my husband first time visit Nashville for business trip for 3 night.Super disappointed for the service specifically one of staff in the frontdresk.Who ever hire one of Indian girl staff in the front desk low standard in service, upon check in she told us why are we staying there, I say why not,we are on a rush to go out that’s why we just left our luggage in the room quickly and go.We come back 10pm when we find out the bed line have lot of small hair and duvet top cover has a old blood and cigarettes burn hole, my husband call front desk at 11pm told about it we find out same front desk,Indian girl don’t care at all he just say I will report to my manager and hang up the open.Our first morning around 11am room attendant knock our door for room service we told to housekeeping if she can come in the afternoon as we just about getting ready to go out but when we back in the evening around 11am our room is not clean,we came again to front desk same girl she say she forget to inform the manager or housekeeping,it because we are so tired we just ask if she can give us linen and we will do it our self she say they don’t have any extra linen,and she offer us a room but the room is super smell cigarette,that’s why we don’t agree to move the room. We ask the Indian front desk please make sure clean our room tomorrow morning,same things our room is not clean,she say she forget and housekeepers is not allowed to clean if the guest not in the room big liar,not recommend this Plac

Good service people nice just let when something is wrong they will fix it

It’s the worse place I have ever stayed

It’s a cheap place to stay compared to the rest of Nashville , that’s about the only good thing. The house keepers were nice. They seem like they’re doing a bunch of upgrades but unfortunately I don’t think that’ll fix much.

The room had bedbugs and they still tried to charge for us for one night when we went for a refund after being there for less than 5 minutes. The bathroom was dusty, and the towels were dirty.

The thought of off the street comments. Was pretty sketchy walking to and from the bus stops after dark. The staff was very friendly. No place to put or store our luggage for the day. Check out was 11:00 am flight didn't leave until 9:55 pm. They are definitely doing some improvements to the outside but should definitely work on the inside!! Staff was very friendly including the main maintenance man.

There was a cockroach in the room. The drapes holes were covered with duct tape. We were given a room with a queen sized bed instead of a king. When we were out on the town someone came into our room and stole our stuff. The management will not respond to our inquiries about it.

Price was good, bed comfortable, everything worked
