Wonderful time with family and friends. Front desk staff Tori is friendly. Bob in sales is Awesome and a pleasure to work with for large bookings. I will stay at this location again. I'm walking distance to some restaurants including Cracker Barrel and McDonalds.

The room was dirty with food in the floor, crumbs in the chair, hairs in both beds, and a brown substance on the bedding. The lamps weren't attached well to the wall with one being zip tied together. When I reported it and requested another room (I would have left but it was late at night and we had other people already unpacked in their separate room), the girl at the desk only handed me another room key without saying anything else about it. Then someone else in my party saw her shaking her head at me as I turned to walk away. The man at the desk the next morning apologized and took $20 off my bill.

Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Upon check-in, Tori the front desk attendant didn't even acknowledge we were standing there. After 2 minutes of her just sitting there staring at the computer, she said "Checking in"? We said, "trying to". She checked us in and didn't say another word to us. I told the man at the front desk the next day and he handed me a piece of paper and said, "write it down, or my GM won't listen". I assured him I would write it down in a review for everyone to see. When we finally got to the room, it was smelly, old, run-down and dirty. The furniture looked like it had been in there since the 60's and the mattress was horrible. The bathroom was old and outdated and was dirty. I called Hilton Customer Service today and was told that each property is managed independently and don't have standards to abide by. That was all I needed to hear. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton property. If it's a get what you get and don't pitch a fit attitude, I'll spend my $476 for 2 nights somewhere I know they care about the kind of impression a property makes. Save your money and pitch a tent in the Walmart parking lot.

Hotel was not up to standards of Hampton Inn we expected. Furniture was very outdated, worn and minimal. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. Vanity was scratched. Lighting was terrible. Breakfast was okay. This location needs updating. Select another location for Nashville.

The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is good. The staff except for Elane is not polite, they don’t greet or offer any help. The room had a pool chlorine smell nightly, the shower made a loud noise, the toilet leaked, the carpet was not clean and a beer bottle top was left in our room on the floor, the lights were way to dim and most of all NO streaming tv services.

Avendo un evento al Gaylord Opryland mi sono appoggiato in questo hotel per 5 notti ad un prezzo ottimo essendo anche possibile coprire la distanza a piedi in 20 minuti. La camera che mi è stata data al terzo piano è veramente spaziosa. Entrando c'è un piccolo angolo cucina (senza fornelli ma con microonde e lavello) poi l'ampia sala da letto con un grande divano con tavolino, una spaziosa scrivania per lavorare e un letto king. Il bagno presenta un grande lavello a vista mentre la doccia e il water sono in una stanza a parte. L'arredamento e lo stato della stanza risentono dell'età che passa, però a parte questo si dorme bene (zona super silenziosa lontana dalle auto di passaggio) anche se in realtà la camera dà sull'ampio parcheggio e ogni tanto questi simpaticissimi americani con le loro macchinone o peggio mi sento i camion si fermano anche mezz'ora a motore acceso alle 5 di mattina. Meglio prendere una camera nel lato posteriore. Ah un giorno provo a chiamare la reception ma entrambi i telefoni in camera non funzionano... E la cassaforte in camera non pervenuta. La colazione è molto basic con tutto usa e getta. Alla fine me la sono cavata con i waffle. In definitiva un hotel così così. PS la fattura che avevo richiesto di ricevere per email... Mai pervenuta...

Heavy use to hotel. Needs an update. Carpet was old and dirty. The carpet was frayed in areas. Not up to Hampton's standards at all. The front desk was not helpful and had to ask for my bottle of water since I am a silver HH member. He had to look up on computer and was extremely lazy not wanting to stand up to reach me the bottles. Normally they are very welcoming to HH members. The room cost was $290/night which is expensive for Hampton then to be of such low quality.

Our stay was just what we needed after a long drive and rain….. room was clean, coffee maker worked flawlessly! The towels were normal quality but only had one for each person in the room. Spoiled American!!

I’ve read many negative reviews about this hotel on Tripadvisor. I will admit that the hotel is older, it sits deep at the back of a lot, it is dimly lit, and the furnishings definitely need to be updated. As a matter of fact, our large room had no lounging chair, which we thought was strange. But, the front desk staff was so nice and friendly, the breakfast was adequately stocked, the water was hot, the bed was clean, and the TV worked. Having said that, we had stayed at a brand new Hampton Inn in Williamstown Kentucky the night before. There is definitely a difference in that hotel and this one, but that is to be expected. If this hotel is to stay in operation indefinitely, I suggest that the lighting be upgraded in the hallways and also in the rooms. Maybe upgrade the carpet. Don’t allow it to become undesirable.
