As a platinum Hilton member, I've stayed in more than my fair share of properties. This one, by far, is the most run down and over-priced that I have ever experienced. Closed pool, noisy air conditioner, mildew smelling carpet, burnt out light bulbs and hair in the bathroom. We checked out immediately and the front desk staff could not have been nicer or more professional and kindly canceled our reservation without penalty. That being said, five days later and I am still waiting for my points to be refunded to me and must be done by the hotel manager directly as they approved the late cancelation. This I find unacceptable on both the hotel and Hilton's part that this cannot be done through customer service.
