For the cost I expected nicer accommodations, however what I found was a room that looked like it had a child do the painting, beds that were stiff, a shower head with pink scum on it and a bathroom floor that was sticky. I felt like I overpaid for this room, however the staff was helpful and kind, especially the night clerk that checked us in.

As a platinum Hilton member, I've stayed in more than my fair share of properties. This one, by far, is the most run down and over-priced that I have ever experienced. Closed pool, noisy air conditioner, mildew smelling carpet, burnt out light bulbs and hair in the bathroom. We checked out immediately and the front desk staff could not have been nicer or more professional and kindly canceled our reservation without penalty. That being said, five days later and I am still waiting for my points to be refunded to me and must be done by the hotel manager directly as they approved the late cancelation. This I find unacceptable on both the hotel and Hilton's part that this cannot be done through customer service.

The location was excellent for accessibility of all the locations I required for this visit. Dining options were close and convenient. Overall this location covered all my needs. The staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
