We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but what we did get to use was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and we had a spacious room. My only complaint was that the bathroom was a little small, but it was clean and that’s really what matters!

We got there at 2:10 and check in is at 3. If you want to check in prior to 3 it is a $50 extra charge. I said I would come back because I’m not paying that for 50 minutes and she let me check in. Hotel was newer. Breakfast was ok but gravy and waffle mix were very watered down. There were 4 of us staying in a room for 6 people. There were only 3 towels in the room and we were all going to shower and they wouldn’t give us an extra towel unless we brought the dirty ones down. If you have a room that sleeps 6 there should be 6 towels in there. Also when we first checked in we were sitting in our room and someone walked in. They had assigned it to someone else. Glad we were still there so our stuff wasn’t stolen. Then when we came back our keys wouldn’t work. Went down and told them and they said sorry. There is no water pressure for the sink or shower. The faucet in the sink is so small that you get water everywhere while washing your hands. Beds are uncomfortable and so is the sofa bed. View of interstate but not noisy.

The breakfast was ok. The girl who checked me in was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful but I was a bit disappointed with the room it was on the dirty side. The rugs were dirty there was crud on the tables the toilets were dirty and the pull out bed was broken & looked like someone had an accident on it plus it had no sheets.

Breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were not cleaned daily but staff did come to clean it every other day. The shower curtain is too small and water would seep out during showering. The $150 deposit was a surprise. Overall the stay was decent for the cost and staff was nice. I would stay again if in the Nashville area.
