Staff was fantastic. Someone was always available to answer questions or provide something I needed no matter the time of day or night. Room was very clean and comfortable. They even had some covered parking. The 3 rd floor was quiet. I highly recommend this facility

This is the fourth stay here due to health problems. We are back for seven more days and thanks for the Vanderbilt discount it makes affordable. ALL staff are kind and Justin is just awesome. 10 stars in my book .Looking forward to our next four stays coming up

Very professional staff and clean rooms. Had a great night of rest. Water was hot. Sheets were clean. We will be back in Nashville and we will choose it again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lived the kitchen, but nowhere to sit down and eat. Didnt like that we had to ask for everything, use. Dishes, silverware, blow dryer.
