From checking in to checking out, including bar, restaurant and room everything was very pleasant. We booked with our AmEx points which included extra perks. We are really looking forward to returning to the Thompson for one of our next trips to Nashville.

Great location, good food, amazing staff. This hotel is gorgeous and so comfortable. The roof top bar is a bit loud, but then people younger than us love it! The lobby bar was a great place to meet before dinner. Did I say the staff was amazing???Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was stunning. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff was also very accommodating. We loved the special touches around the Hotel like the ice bags and sparkling water. We stayed three nights and had two connected rooms for four girls it was perfect.

We did not stay here; we only had a drink at the bar. The bartender was very proud of this terrible drink and I told her it was awful. If you are anywhere in the area avoid this bar. There are too many very fine quality places in Nashville. Enough said!

Be sure to review you bill, I stayed here for work and upon checking out I was charged twice for things i didn’t purchase. Got a room charge from the restaurant for $42 which I did eat at the restaurant but paid and did not charge to my room, I tried to tell front desk and they said nope it “was my charge” I didn’t have the energy to fight it since it was 5am and need to catch my flight. Then Got home and received an email with an updated receipt and say a mini bar charge which is definitely not mine since I didn’t even touch the mini bar. I am waiting to hear back from the hotel regarding what this actual charge is for. I expected better from the Thompson and will not be returning.

Excellent hotel, with a fantastic location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is a must, and main restaurant in the lobby is wonderful

Customer service was horrible. Had to call down twice for cream that house keeper did not refill…only to not receive it. No one was at front desk during check out and had to call hotel to get them to come check me out. Hotel is beautiful, they really need to train staff on providing efficient customer service for ALL guest.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms . Conference was at hotel and that was a plus . Did not have to walk or shuttle to another convention building.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was an added bonus. We loved the neighborhood and all of the hotel amenities. Don’t miss the rooftop bar a fun place to have a cocktail before dinner downstairs at the Marsh. The room was clean and comfortable.
