Absolutely everyone, from the front desk to the waitress and waiters in restaurant and the bartenders in the ******... they all were friendly, helpful and personable. The locals and ones that vacay up there, I've never met nicer people...being said hello to or waved at 30 times a day was nice!

The fee is fair, and room is clean. People who helped checking in are friendly. The hotel is very close to the high way, just exit high way in the second exit of Needles, and you can see the sign of the hotel. Though close to high, you can not hear high way traffic when sleeping. Only thing is that the sound of air condition machine is a little bit loud.

Clean room, Great staff, good breakfast, well kept property, quiet ac unit which was great for getting sleep. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will return again, we have been staying in Needles for over 20 years when we boat for summer. Management is Great and very responsive to customers.

Road tripping from LA to Grand Canyon and stopped here on the way for the night. Rooms are clean and the beds are massive. The bathroom was fine for one night and the staff on front desk were great. Plenty of parking etc. I would be happy to stay again for the night to get my head down for a few hours. There were a few truckers staying and some work men. They were early risers with lots leaving around 5-6am. But that was fine with us. Felt safe and the staff were watching the cctv for the car park etc. There is a gas station right next to the hotel, subway, burger joint and of course the Wagon Wheel cafe. Which was great for breakfast. Overall a very traditional US motel and I would not hesitate to recommend it for someone needing a bed for the night. For those from the UK think travel lodge.
